Bought the 18cm Saucier pan and Casserole for my wife's birthday after she used a set of Falk pans during our holiday in France this year. Arrived super quick, the support was excellent from Neil Corke and as you would expect the pans are amazing.

She is over excited about the pans and can't wait to add to the collection, already saving the pennies for the next purchase!

Honestly? Copper-bottomed quality. These are hands down the best copper pans money can buy. Cooking for family or for a dinner party is always a pleasure, never a chore (so speaks the man of the house!)
The craftsmanship and durability is incomparable. This, together with brilliant customer care and personal service (at any hour it seems) adds up to a maximum satisfaction rating.
Even after years of tough-love these workhorse pans deliver time and again and buff up beautifully.
We have so many hung on cast iron hooks that our rustic kitchen has developed its own warm copper glow!

So we called in to buy one of the ‘seconds’ baking tray, we were told thats fine and placed the order. 30 mins later, got a call back saying very sorry but they were mistsken and all the seconds had gone, but would we like a new one for that price.
