friendly staff and good service
The staff were very friendly and simplified the the whole process. The company has a strong emphasis on providing quality service for families and the fact we could hire a portacot and high chair at a very reasonable price made it a very easy and enjoyable holiday. I would definitely use them again

I found the company very good to deal…
I found the company very good to deal with, they responded to my inquiries promptly and all their instructions etc were very clear. They were good value for money - particularly for a person wanting full cover such that no insurance excess would apply. They delivered as they had promised and their advertising and pricing was transparent ie not at all misleading as many other rental companies' advertising is as regards $X per day hire. The older car we hired had a few minor issues and when we reported them as we returned the vehicle the company said that they were aware of some of those (including a fuel gauge which read 'Empty' at odd times) and I thought that they should have advised us at vehicle pickup time to avoid any concern or uncertainty while we were travelling.

Whilst I am unaware of your particular rental, I am disappointed that we let you down a bit by either not fixing a known problem, or at least not telling you about it. I am aware that fuel gauges in many models can be notoriously erratic, but I did not think that there were any inherent problems with Nissan Micra models. I'm glad that the rest of your experience was without such incidents.

The best rental on the Gold Coast
Renting from Goldcoast Family Car Rental is like renting from family. When we arrive at the airport, we are met by a friendly person who is always on time. We only rent once per year but they always remember us as if we were there all the time. They are warm, friendly and welcoming. Our rental car is always ready when we get there and it is clean. The rental prices are the best. I can't imagine renting any where else.
