Flawless execution process to Steam.

I've used this site for a long time and this was only the second time I think I've had to contact support I bought a windows 11 pro key it wouldn't work but customer services (Finn and Rea thanks so much) went above and beyond were great about either finding me a working key or I was promised a full refund so I knew I'd get a good outcome either way. Eventually got it working. This definitely reassures me that they will help no matter the problem. Already planning my next order either tonight or tomorrow.

Tried to purchase DOOM (2016) in February using my bank card. It was flagged for manual authorisation and refunded without explanation.
Tried again in May for DOOM (2016) and DOOM 3, this time using PayPal. Same result — flagged for manual authorisation and refunded again.
I’ve used two different payment methods, a single account, no VPN or proxy, and followed all stated guidelines. Still no clear reason has been provided for the repeated failures.
In the end, I purchased the same game through another key retailer for a small price difference (around £0.72 more) without any issues or delays. The transaction went through immediately.
Based on my experience, I would be cautious using this service if you expect a smooth checkout process, as there appears to be no transparency when payments are declined. Others may find a more reliable experience elsewhere.

The official response I received stated that my purchase was considered “suspicious,” and that I was required to prove I was a genuine customer. To do so, I was asked to provide the following information:

My name and current location (town/city, country, and time zone)

My public IP address (by searching “what is my IP address” on Google)

Any other email addresses I have used to create accounts on their platform

I found this request excessive and concerning, particularly given the level of personal data being demanded simply to validate a legitimate purchase. Based on this experience, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Easter egg bundle is a scam. I bought the highest lot 30 keys options and I know I likely wasn't going to get back to back, AAA games. However, at the very least, I was expecting to get mid-tier indie games, but I got games with single digit ratings on steam (or none at all), that I've never heard about and are literally just shovel ware.

I didn't even redeem any keys and tried to refund the bundle but I did not see an option for it under the FAQ section their wiki points to. Overall, a bad experience, will never buy bundles off this site again and will dissuade any friends and family from doing so.

Fantatical is not just great for individual game or bundle pricing, but the customer service is quite good as well. In instances where a game did not perform as well as anticpated at recommended specfications, I was given no hassle at all in refunding the purchase.

The site routinely has great deals, and I recommend it to friends who play PC games. Excellent place to purchase Steam keys.

No issues with purchasing or redeeming of products. I don’t feel the quality of products in a bundle are worth it. Quality means some games are a few $$$ and really just bloat or fluff.

When loading an app it should be clear the price is an introductory price. To facilitate the loading of the app a credit card with an automatic renewal is required. Yes, I can cancel the renewal, but I could not just back out of the whole deal and get my money back.
