Introductory price is not clear
When loading an app it should be clear the price is an introductory price. To facilitate the loading of the app a credit card with an automatic renewal is required. Yes, I can cancel the renewal, but I could not just back out of the whole deal and get my money back.

Just wish the coupons did something.
Gives you a bunch of coupon that you can never apply to anything. Yet the 10 bucks you save on new releases is okay. Better on preorders than green man gaming. Bought a game that had poor reviews after the release and they refunded me which was cool.
