Frustrating and extremely poor service!!
I’ve tried sending two items back. However the online portal to do this isn’t recognising my order number ! So I’ve tried email but no reply and my inline chat keeps disconnecting half way though.
So I have 2 items at a cost of nearly £60 plus the expensive £8 delivery and can’t find a way of returning and getting a refund!!! So much wasted time and inconvenience! I will never use this website again!

This negligent company should NOT be running the Official Olympic Shop, but unfortunately they do!
On Friday July 26 2024 I placed an order on the Official Olympic Shop (run by Fanatics) that included an item listed as being "In Stock" and I completed the order, expecting that I would be receiving this item. I also received an email saying the item would be shipped to me separately on a later date from the other items I ordered.
However, last Friday on August 9 2024, I received an email saying that this item was Out of Stock and would not be sent to me. Why/how could this happen? Since the item was In Stock when I placed the order 2 weeks ago, then this item should have been reserved for me at that time when it was In Stock. The website should have only allowed the amount of this item that the company had in stock to be sold.
Why did the website not automatically put the item as being "Out of Stock" as soon as the number of items In Stock was reached? That should have happened immediately and all orders for the item that were placed while In Stock should have been Fulfilled, especially considering the fact that I placed the order 2 weeks before the Item went Out of Stock. This is highly unacceptable! I do NOT understand how a reputable, Official company like Olympic Shop could have allowed this to happen. The item was being exclusively sold by your store, so the fact that this transpired is absolute negligence.
A mere apology and a small 25% off Coupon does NOT make up for such a terrible experience happening. More substantial amount of compensation should be offered to customers like myself, who are now in this horrible situation after ordering this particular item when it was supposed to be In Stock. This is a substantial problem that never should have happened and needs to be taken much more seriously. The amount of compensation should reflect the awful circumstances which were allowed to occur.

FANATICS STOLE OUR MONEY
Sent a faulty item back to them in 2022. Didn't receive refund. Chased in 2022, 2023 and 2024. They are now saying that don't keep records for more than 2 years (think financial records need to be kept for 6!) and that we should have chased within 45 days. We did! They had already cleared the refund as having been completed on their system. Sent evidence of the order and they are now denying that the order existed. Do not use this company as they have no issue stealing from you and then making out like it is your fault!

It is unbelievable the lack of help and professionalism from the people working here.
I placed two orders and both of them with problems, besides they arrived late.
I contacted customer service through chat and the woman who was supposed to assist me was judging me like if it was my fault. It is incredible how bad the service can be, and then the company is not being responsible for their actions.
One of the orders arrived incomplete, and the other one wrong sized. I have pictures of evidence but apparently they don't have time to assist me. Now I received a very big jersey where I don't fit, not mentioning I will never get my money back.

Absolutely disgusting service and customer service. Order placed last month and still not received! A series of constantly changing estimated delivery date and when you contact them - a fob-off response by a very curt agent.
Then another 2 days later, the order reports as delivered, when in reality it was actually delivered 2 days after that!
Unprofessional and shameful.

Order placed in March still not received
I placed an order for a Welsh Rugby Home Replica Jersey 23/24 on the 19th March 2024 and paid for next day delivery and have still not received it. I contacted DPD, they said they were unable to deliver my parcel as the post code was wrong (unfortunately there was a typing error of one digit) even though the rest of the address was clearly shown and that the order would be returned to Fanatics and I would need to contact them. I emailed Fanatics Customer Services on the 22nd March, 5th April and 15th April and have NEVER received a reply. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone ordering anything from Fanatics.com.

I paid for next day, with NO OPTION to not pay, even though over a certain value it says free shipping, WRONG!!! This co also hide behind the England Store but until they have your money and the transactions complete, you don’t know! Very sneaky, let’s see what turns up? Ordered through the England site only when order was placed did I find out it was fanatics after swearing I’d never use them again- seriously this company needs investigating, next day delivery means order on a Sunday and delivery of one item on the Wednesday but the £100+ England top still nowhere to be seen
Make up their own rules, promise delivery by a certain day but it never happens. Next day delivery is after they’ve dispatched which could be whenever they fancy bothering to get the order out leaving children disappointed in their wake, they should be ashamed

Humble pie, the shirt arrived late but they did refund p&p, they also reached out to me with a discount code which I didn’t want but the gesture was well meant. Also a partial refund as the shirt had marks on when it arrived

I've tried a few times to order in fanatics but most of my experiences have been very negative. I don't know who prepares the packages but last time, i ordered some shorts and they arrived in a different size!
Of course i had to contact them and they refunded me, after losing my coupon and the shoets were for an important gift.
Disappointing experience.

My husband ordered some Earpods and all that arrived was an empty box. After multiple emails they said they'd sent out a replacement. NEVER arrived and no longer answering emails. Can not even get a refund even though item returned and proof of postage given. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Avoiding in future, always disappointing
It’s really sad that to get genuine NBA gear in the UK if you don’t live near an NBA store (which is just in London I think) you are forced to use this useless online store. Each time I’ve ordered over the last 6 months they have either sent me incorrect items (shorts that don’t match the jersey - ordered at the same time) or faulty items, (which despite being in stock they won’t send a replacement, just a refund that I didn’t ask for) or the stuff has taken ages to arrive, and then been too small. (Mens XS Ordered, too small for my average/skinny 14 year old, just about fits my 9 year old! And Conveniently no size in the actual garment!) Also as mentioned in other reviews, the quality of a £20+ T-shirt is equivalent to a £2 primark job. I have also ordered from NBAstore.eu but be warned they are actually the same company, don’t be fooled. Also the minimum shipping charge of around £7 if you don’t have a code is a joke. I have lost the will to complain anymore.
