Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered a shirt a month ago, they took my payment and gave me a delivery date. Date came and went. Received an automated email saying “order delayed”. No explanation, no contact details to make enquiries. Cannot find any way of contacting them person to person. If I don’t hear something soon I will never use fanatics again and strongly urge everyone to stay well clear. They have my money and given nothing in return. Shocking service!

Terrible service. How are these guys the only place to buy licensed NBA jerseys & merch online from NBA outside the US, NBA should rip up their contracts... Ordered 2 jerseys through black Friday specials, they say both were in stock, but No they cancelled the one of them, which was actually going to be my sons first NBA jersyey for xmas, the one i really wanted... sure they gave me a refund, fine, but with shipping charged for 2 items i really didnt end up saving anything with black Friday. They did the same thing a few years back when I bought 1 jersey which they said was in stock, they just cancelled it, whilst I was out of pocket, its the 2nd time, and i've only shopped with the 3 times in total... terrible strike rate. Specials are not what they seem. Leaves you out of pocket. Avoid.

I never received order and UPS left at wrong home and will only work with shipper on order. There is no phone number or email to contact them. There is only chatting with a computer that says the same thing every time. Horrible or should I say NO customer service for this company!

Ordered a PSG kids tracksuit on 17 November, tracked the order which appeared to go from Amsterdam NL to Leipzig Germany before arriving in the UK. Received a parcel from DHL on 24 November and on opening found not a child’s PSG tracksuit but a gents Kappa Alpine F1 top! I immediately emailed customer services and received a reply apologising for the error and as the original order was now out of stock offered a refund or re-order although they couldn’t give me a date of new stock. I replied I would like to be refunded and said I would return the unwanted item. I received a further email saying I would have to return the item I didn’t order which might take 14 days to get back to them and then a further 7 days before I received my refund!! I emailed them again stating I was unhappy at having to wait approximately 3 weeks before getting my refund. I was advised they would not charge me for the return postage ! and that it had to be returned within 48 hours and I had to complete an online returns form with original order number and a return reason from a drop down box which didn’t include error by company !
I also noticed that my refund is minus the postage cost for a top that I didn’t order in the first place !! I am appalled at the customer service as well as the error in sending the wrong item! Would never use this company again and only wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews prior to ordering from them in the first place!!!

After posting this review I was contacted by Jimmy from Fan Relations in the US. He was so understanding of the situation and confirmed I wouldn’t have to wait 3 weeks/until they had received the return of the incorrect item sent to get my refund and true to his word the refund including shipment fee was back in my bank within the week. He has also sent a gift for my great grandson hoping that he won’t be too disappointed not getting the tracksuit he wanted. If only the UK customer services were trained in the same way the company might receive better reviews.

High postage and handling charge , don't exchange cost £7 to return and another £6 to reorder. Items come up very small not great quality for money.
Second order not even packaged just chucked in a bag with packaging separate. It was a present for xl man needed xxxl to fit. All I requested was a packaging refund , might as well have talked to a brick wall.

Absolute horrendous service! I ordered two items and I only received the one as they were sent separately. The first one never arrived and no matter how many times I have chased, I never received a response nor from their customer service or their legal team. Avoid at all costs!

You only get a response when you cancel your order I think there’s only 4 people working there at one time . Please do yourself a big favour and don’t shop with these save your money and most importantly save your time

The worst possible merchandising site. You may or may not get what you paid for. Ordered an in stock NFL jersey 4 weeks ago and its still sat on processing. Originally delivery date has been and gone 2 weeks ago. Customer service team are unable to help, but have assured me they are "doing everything they can" to find out what has happened.

They never received my return, despite the Royal mail tracking showing it delivered.
After several weeks of no refund and receiving the same robotic response, I decided to contact American Express who refunded me instead. Fanatics then got the hump and blocked me from their website. Now I cannot buy from them. Oh dear, whatever will I do.
The only thing I can say positive about them, if you know what size you are, and you know what you want, then order it and hopefully it gets to you. The issues arrive when you need customer service.

They charge extra for shipping costs and then charge an extra £6-7 for any return costs even though you paid the original shipping costs!! It's 2023, no other companies do this! ****UPDATE*****: I Contacted the company/left this review to address my issues with the delivery/return process and they fixed the issues I had with my order that I flagged up. Currently awaiting a delivery refund so credit to them they have made steps in making this right

As a new customer to this website
As a new customer to this website, I placed my order with Fanatics before I read these Trust Pilot reveiws and seeing them made me very worried! But I have to say that I have been really happy with both the service provided by Fanatics and also the quality of the item - a Toronto Maple Leafs beenie. It was delivered within a week of placing the order. It is in perfect condition and of good quality. Personally, I can not fault them.

Ordered some NFL gear from their website. Charged £5 for postage, then another £1 for 'handling' (REALLY?!?!).
When the stuff arrived, it is the worst quality I have ever seen. Paper-thin t-shirts with dreadful quality printing on. The particular tshirt I ordered even had a nice long hair embedded in the print, just for that extra bit of class.
I have seen better quality clothing on offer at Primark. This stuff doesn't look like it would survive a single wash, it is that cheap. RRP £30, manufacturing costs £1.
But it's ok, they offer 365 days return...
Oh, you'll have to pay for that. Only £7!
Charge people a fortune for low quality goods, charge them for handling, charge them for delivery and then charge them when they inevitably want to return them. Win!

One of the worst services I have ever experienced. Recommend to avoid buying from this website. Fighting for a refund still after 6 weeks have passed on an item that was advertised as 3-5 days. Now onto PayPal to try and resolve.
