They charge for delivery AND returns

I got charged over £12 for shipping and then they had the audacity to charge me £6 to return items via the post office! Awful, greedy company - avoid at all costs.

Ordered a sweatshirt from them

Ordered a sweatshirt from them. It arrived with a clear colour defect and I've been charged £6.20 to return it !! Absolutely fuming !

Poor quality and after sales service

5 months after spending £114 on a kids football kit, the lettering flaked off. Customer services refused to refund or replace because ’damage’ caused beyond 45 days was not covered, despite it being a clear defect. Steer clear if you don’t want to disappoint your kids.

Been over a month waiting for my…

Been over a month waiting for my delivery. Ignored the many poor reviews I saw due to a few decent ones. Not worth it, can't contact them in anyway, and they dont send any updates.

Jokers / Incompetent

Placed an order for two England football kits.
one for my new born and one for my little girl.
Thought I'd order them in advance as it might be a bit of a wait on the run p to the Euros and we wanted them personalised.
basically it cost me £81.90 which was cleared from my account but we have never received them.
Called the help line which was a waste of an hour, language barrier was an issue so they advised that I email them instead.
I've emailed a few times but they've just stopped responding, giving up with this now.
I just warn you all to not bother spending your money here because you might regret it.
I'm reluctant to buy them from elsewhere now because it will be like paying double.

This company are scammers

We ordered 2 nsw blues jerseys got a confirmation and wait 3 business days for handling process and will send a tracking number when posted recieved nothing then 10 to 15 days for postage have
received nothing I have emailed them every day no answer avoid this company they are scammers

Absolute terrible customers service…

Absolute terrible customers service from the beginning, Ordered a Jersey on 4th Feb ( paid for 48 hours postage) date changed 3 x was due to be sent out 14th - 19th and was delayed again PM 14th with an email that said well let you know when we have a date we can dispatch order. Fanatics shouldn’t be selling items they don’t have in stock to sell. And actual customers service is appalling. Hard to get hold of and when you do it’s very much a case of not our problem. Order cancelled won’t order again with Fanatics

Actual shocking how poor Fanatics is as…

Actual shocking how poor Fanatics is as a Company . Last jersey I ordered took them over a month and half to sent. The new one has been delivered today and the printing is peeling off … what great quality control for a £105 jersey. Shocking actually confuses me why the National Football League (NFL) still use them as never ship on time and the quality is getting worse and worse. Do better.

Very poor service

Ordered a Liverpool hoodie that turned out to be to small when I went to return it I found it would now cost me another £6 to return the item on top of the £5 I already paid to get it delivered. Will not be ordering for them again and I advise other to avoid the too.

Ordered an item which is running late, help centre just has you going in circles, asking what the problem is then telling you they don't understand!!! Also, I have yet to find one of the promotions you offer that actually works, either won't add to basket or just won't accept, from start to finish nothing but trouble, definitely would not recommend this company

I can't even place an order from their…

I can't even place an order from their international site! I'm a fan of an English football team and Fanatics Int'l manages their online store, but every order I attempt to place is declined! None of my methods of payment are blocking the transaction. I was told by a Fanatics rep that they blocked my account because I tried to ship something to a different address than my billing address. Apparently they've never heard of buying people gifts. Now I can't buy anything from their site and none of the reps I talk to can unlock it. Instead they told me to create a new account with a new email address - which doesn't work either! Ridiculous!

I ordered a Barcelona jersey

I ordered a Barcelona jersey , shorts and socks arrived but now I received a refund for the jersey which I didn’t return as I didn’t receive anything. I wrote several email , instagram , facebook. No one has come back to me and that was like 2-3weeks ago I ordered and no answer to anything and it was suppose to be a birthday gift. DO NOT ORDER IN THIS SHOP

Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company - ordered shirt in advance of advertised Christmas delivery cut-off. Now 2nd January and no update. Customer service keeping fobbing me off and requesting I wait longer before policy (which they wrote and choose to follow) allows them to resolve.

Bought a Derby County sweatshirt for my father which turned out to be the wrong size for him. Tried to return for a refund/ replacement. Impossible to reach these people. The email address bounced back. Ended up escalating to PayPal who refunded me as I used them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Let me pay for goods they didn't have

they took my money and then 10 days later said my order was delayed with no explanation. When I went onto the website and used their chat function, they said the shirt was out of stock. So they essentially took my money for something they couldn't deliver. So they are committing fraud and stealing people's money. I would avoid at all costs.
