Their deliveries take too long, are overpriced and communication is minimal. When you order it say 2-3 days delivery, then after order has been accepted, this changes. This is the 21st century, drag yourselves into it!

After 10 weeks of no goods and no refund i feel the need to write another review. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Thieves and liars telling me to drop my case with paypal as it may stop the refund!! Utter rubbish and non existant customer service.

Do not under any circumstance buy anything from these bunch of cowboy crooks.
I ordered 2 shirts on the 08/10/2023 and 22 days later still hadn't shipped my order.

Ordered an NFL jersey on a sale price. Took my money, 3 weeks later, tell me they no longer have the jersey.

When I go on the website, they have the exact jersey, but it's x3 the price. They're telling me the website just hasn't updated.

Stay away, scam central.

I ordered an NFL Jersey, however recieved a personalised Man United shirt instead. Contacted the customer support for a refund and to arrange a return, but they told me a refund would take 14 working days and would not be started until the return was received. An apology was given, but no attempt to set things straight.

It's a little difficult to get NFL merchandise in the UK, however I'm happy to avoid this company now. I won't be using them again and cannot recommend them to anyone else.

Everything came 2 days after ordering it. Great quality and overall very happy.

The year is 2023, and they charge £6.95 for postage, and then charge £5.90 to return a single item.. horrific

Whatever you do, do not expect to receive the correct size if you are buying trainers. First pair received was incorrect, and then even though I made it abundantly clear I needed a UK SIZE 9, they sent a second pair incorrectly. Their online "Live Chat" gives little in the way of comfort that they know what they are doing. They don't reply to Customer Service emails. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever again and would advise anyone else to steer clear.

£4.95 fee to ship the order
£0.99 "handling fee" for them to pick your order off a shelf and put it in a bag
£5.90-£7.10 to return an order if the item doesn't fit or look like it does on the website (which is quite often).

The experience and markup added to these fees are unbelievable. Won't be using again.

Ordered on 16th September, money taken immediately. Email comes through to say won’t arrive until 3rd October.
3rd October comes along and email to update dispatched. One week later still no goods and tracking number shows not received by courier.
I have never known an online retailer taking 4 weeks to dispatch goods, and can only assume this site is fraudulent.
Will try and get my money back from the bank.

Still waiting for son's 6th birthday present to show up (personalised England shirt). Was showing as shipped since 3rd Oct but Evri still not got it. Customer service no help.

Son's birthday is tomorrow. He is autistic and this was the only thing he wanted. I had ordered off the official England site thinking that it would be reputable but given that they use this lot, all I can say is avoid.

Ordered a NHL shirt, for my daughter at uni, as she’s getting into the sport. Thought I was ordering from a reputable company, however, it’s now been 5 weeks since this sham of a Company has been fobbing me off with promises of refunds and delayed shipments. Obviously, there’s been no shirt delivered, and the first promise of a refund hasn’t been met, and I received an email of a refund being ‘actioned’ again, today, and to ‘wait another 2-7 business days for it to be processed’. Buying time and delay tactics, obviously hoping I’d give up the fight, I won’t. I’ve sent their emails to Rip Off Britain, more importantly Trading Standards, and have strangely had my comments on their Insta page ‘removed’ , so they must be well aware of their short comings.

I ordered an NHL jersey on 20th Sept. The estimated delivery date got postponed, then came and went. I used customer service twice back to back and each time got a completely different excuse for the delay.

Apparently there was a ticket raised on my behalf which would guarantee an update after 48h - of course, this was not true.

I contacted customer support again today (2 weeks and 2 days after placing the order), they have no idea what the status of the order is and no idea when it would arrive. They could not provide any update on the supposed internal ticket.

There seems to be an expectation that customers should be happy waiting indefinitely for their orders - meanwhile, the cash is taken immediately.

I requested a cancellation, I have no idea if that will go through, I expect I will need to contact my credit card provider and have them reverse charges.

Nice website, great product range but absolute sham of a company. Do not use.

Requested customer service to cancel an order we was taking far too long. They merrily told me they would and would process the refund.
I ordered elsewhere from different retailer and new order arrived next day.
Fanatics order then arrives two weeks later, they hadn’t cancelled it, and now refusing to refund on return of item as was a custom order (football shirt with players name)
Now £80 out of pocket and about 4 hours trying to sort out with no success

Took my order, sent dispatch confirmation, then 2 weeks later refunded my payment. No explanation or communication.

Placed an order for a mens arsenal shirt. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive and when it came it was the wrong shirt and the womens version! sent the shirt back and eventually got a refund. However, once the refund came through i placed another order with Fanatics thinking that they were a different company (pretty idiotic on my part) and the exact same thing happened. They sent the same item again! this was after around 2 weeks of waiting as well! So i can safely say i will not be using Kitbag or fanatics ever again. The prices might look tempting but honestly it wasnt worth the hassle.

Ok so today my order turned up after 8 weeks . I never though it would and gave up waiting . So I am delighted . I did email this company after a couple of weeks and they did get back to me straight away informing me why it was taking me so long .

Placed order and paid for next day delivery 3 months later still no item

They shipped my order in two shipments, didn't send any updates on either shipment, still haven't received my second shipment, only after chatting with quite a rude customer advisor did I find out my second order was delayed by over a week as that was the "promise date" on the order. So I cancelled my order and ordered it on Amazon and Next, so my items will arrive free of hastle tomorrow now.
