Terrible customer service.
Order came in 3 shipments and didn't receive the first although they said it was delivered. Tried to send 1 of the items back but was told that I had to send the whole delivery back to not have a fee and was only refunded for one item. Terrible service and would not recommend. They send an email to which you can't even reply

The worst experience I've had from an OnLine business. Ever.

Put in a large order, order never arrived. They then told me they had "refunded" the amount. When I checked they had only refunded 50% of the total. They seemed surprised that I'd caught them out and said they had to "raise a ticket" to refund the other 50%. Still haven't recieved.

By far the worst customer experience I've had from an online business. No desire to solve the problem and fraudulently attempted to only refund 50%. Would avoid.

Nothing delivered in site of various delivery dates being promised for the ordered shirt. Payment was taken but they did not have the stock according to the online chat.

Ordered a personalised Derby County Shirt for my grandsons 3rd birthday on the 23rd September back on the 29th August delivery date given 13th Sept date passed delivery date removed no update just contacted the company to cancel no problem we will return your money which was immediately taken what a waste of time and a missed birthday present. Stay away from this company

Avoid at all costs. Assuming your item ever ships (and good luck if it doesn't) there's a significant likelihood that your product will be defective. The company sells knock-off quality merchandise, but with the approval of the official licensors! Disgraceful.

Really poor service. I ordered 9th September and still no despatch on the 21st. No response to my emails. I've missed my event now and I'm incredibly frustrated. Don't order from these guys, go somewhere else

I placed an order with Fanatics, I'll be honest I was swayed by the 30% off offer. I assumed with it handling the official merchandise for the NFL it'd be a safe bet. Oh how wrong I was......the products I ordered all said 'in stock, ship within one working day' great I thought, expected delivery 22/9. So I gleefully placed my order, looking forward to my swanky new gear. Checked today to see if it had been shipped, nope still processing.....I decided to see if this was the norm and it lead me here. Had I read the reviews ahead of time I'd have never ordered with them. I contacted them via live chat, blah blah blah issues at the warehouse, not sure what's going on etc no eta on potential shipping date. Took my money straight away though. I've decided to give it to the end of the week and if nothing shifts I'll cancel the order and never shop with them again.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Ordered a Bayern Munich shirt on 3rd Sept for 16th Sept for sons birthday. Paid extra for delivery. Estimated delivery changed to 19th Sept. Contacted on 19th Sept, to be told that due to wanting the shirt personalised it will take extra time! Now 20th and they have absolutely no idea when it will be delivered. Avoid this company at all costs. UPDATE: Finally arrived, but they have sent the wrong size. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered something September 7th- still no delivery - absolutely ridiculous- called and spoke to customer service but they don’t really help or do anything at all- sounds like an out service to a different country where they have no clue what the company actually does. I never leave reviews but this is totally insane ,

Ordered >£200 of items, was told 2 days to deliver, after 2 weeks it took an hour to get through on the phone to be told they had no idea when items would be dispatched
Cancelled order only received a 50% refund ! Had to call back again and again to get resolved

As with everyone else, they took my money, didn't email me, and have made no attempt to process the order or deliver the goods.

Only recourse is to try to use PayPal to refund my money as their stupid website doesn't want to know!

Ordered my son a NFL Jersey in plenty of time for his birthday next week, when placing the order it did not say delivery time would be 2 days later but would be shipped and delivered within 4 to 7 days. No problem, until it still hadn't shown as shipped today... trying to speak to someone is a nightmare, their help chat box couldn't find my order and then suddenly it did and after a while of pushing buttons I was put through on chat to a human. They did their best apologised and said their was a warehouse problem and they couldn't give a date for delivery, thankfully I got the order cancelled and money refunded, so 1 good bit of news.. 1 unhappy son next week, as NFL direct use Fanatics..

Dreadful. Paid for express, next day delivery on 6th September. just had an email saying it might be with me around September 29th! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking,
order a red bull max verstappen hat on the 4th september. A week later i contact them to fin dout where it was, nobody knew customer service advisor was rude. They have since lost the parcel (apparently) then i asked when the new goods would be sent out, they advseid that they will let me know in 7 days! i cancelled the order as its now been nearly 2 weeks. DO NOT USE

Experience didn't start well.... using sizing 'tool' provided on website, item ordered, when received however sizing was far too big. Unable to return the purchased item via 'Returns Portal' on website as system didn't recognise my order no. I emailed Customer Services querying what I should do. Eventually I received a response suggesting I should return the item via a 'tracked' service and a refund would be issued. Returning the item cost in excess of £5.00, tracking no. confirmed item was received 2 days after it was posted however no confirmation email was received and no refund was processed. Following several phone calls it was confirmed that item HAD been received and a refund would be issued however I have only ever received a refund of the item purchased and NOT the return postage. 3 weeks after the original refund was issued I have again contacted Customer Services who have said YET AGAIN that a refund for the postage would be made however this I have still NOT received. I have ordered a no. of items from this company however this has left a 'bad taste' in my mouth and I'm highly unlikely to purchase from them again.

Awful service. Ordered some England Rugby t-shirts, paid extra for express delivery. On day they should be delivered website says still in processing. Eventually managed a web chat and told out of stock, NOT what your website says. Takes a day for Fanatics to take your money but 7 to refund. Will not be using ever again

Ordered a NFL jersey on August 16th with 8-10 day delivery.

Still sat in processing a month later and customer service can't tell you anything other than "it's still processing". Absolutely useless.

Ordered a gift which I needed within 8 days, delivery was stated to be 2-4 days. After some time I looked at the order and the expected delivery was 16 days later. Checked here and saw all the 1* reviews and got worried, but to be fair, went on the chat on their site and they processed a full refund which I received in a few days. Wouldn't use again or recommend but at least refund was easy.

Liars! I bought 3 items. A few days later got a notification that it was shipping. A few hours later I was told the order was cancelled and they would refund it. I contacted them, they then said my payment failed. Funny that, my paid hd gone through, how could it fail it was taken? They then said my personal information was incorrect. Funny that, I used PayPal and have made numerous payments no bother. They've messed up and just won't admit it or resolve it. They will waste your time. Minute after minute, hour after hour. Their customer service hours stated on the website are wrong (they do not start at 8 or 9 but actually 10). They will lie and lie and lie to you just to get rid of you but give you no actual help. Unbelievably frustrating. Will never use again.

Ordered the Manchester United home shirt 23/24 was delivered within a week .. and definitely genuine shirt .. also got 10% discount for signing up so postage worked out at 49 pence
