If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely disgraceful customer service. Have been waiting since the 16th August for 2x shirts that when ordered it said delivery within 2-4 working days! Speaking to the customer advisors in the chat is a complete waste of time, they are very patronising and very unhelpful - do not recommend this company, spend your hard earned cash elsewhere

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a large shirt. They sent me a medium which was obviously their error. I sent it back to them and obviously had to pay the postage. I sent a note inside saying please can they send a large and reimburse me for the postage. This did not happen. They just refunded the money for the shirt. Absolute jokers. I would not recommend I will never use again.

AWFU! Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They treated me like I was a scammer! I ordered an England Rugby shirt for my husband on 12/08/23 Paid nearly £80 for it, money left my bank. Then received nothing, no confirmation email, no shirt. Contacted customer service who told me they can't find any order so can't do anything, however they only tried to check email and order number, nothing else. They had obviously failed to create an order after I had placed mine. I implored them to check with their payments department so they could return my money. They flat out refused and refused to escalate my complaint. I will never deal with them again. Trying to seek a refund via my bank but will have to wait 30 days. Fanatics run the kit services for quite a few teams and sports so be careful and avoid whenever you see fanatics.

Placed an order on the 12th August it’s still processing. No customer service available. Wanted the shirt for my grandson’s 21st next week. Ordered in the past with no problems but this is a joke. Will be seeking a refund through PayPal, I don’t have £90 to throw away. Will not be ordering from here again.

No customer service !!!! Phone number nothing but recorded message ! Email address doesn’t exist ! I will be chasing a defund through PayPal immediately and if I would give anyone advice from my experience AVOID shop elsewhere

Poorly sized, use the dreadful EVRI for delivery, charge 99p to pack your item!!! and then when you want to return a £21 tshirt they want to charge over £7 to do so! Lesson learned, will buy elsewhere in future!

Avoid! Giving any stars at all is only down to the quick replies recieved from customer services.

Ordered a F1 shirt. Continually recieved emails labeled 'Order update' when in fact they were just advertisement. 3 weeks after my estimated delivery date and still no sign or updated regarding order.

I contacted the email address provided on trustpilot and got two quick responses back. One response said my item was lost and they would issue a refund. Second response said my item was out of stock and they would issue a refund.
Whatever the actual reason for my no show order, I did recieve my refund in a timely fashion. However, the fact I needed to even ask for it in the 1st place makes me really question the trustworthiness of this company as a whole.

I placed my order on the 12th August with an estimated delivery date of the 24th august. I have checked my order status multiple times and it has still not changed from processing. I called them up last week and chase my order up and was told that due to issues with the logistics team that it would be dispatched on the 22nd August. I have called up on the 22nd after seeing no update on the order and have now been told it will be late next week if not the week after that my item will be shipped.

Very poor customer service and poor experience! Would not recommend!

Order should have been dispatched on 16th August and delivered 22nd August. Order still processing with no sign of dispatch.

Rang customer services who answered relatively quick (15 minutes). They were actually very honest and could tell how disappointed they are with the service. Advised that they should have moved to a new warehouse in April but actually only just moved and nothing is working. She was annoyed that they have moved during the busiest time (start of football season) and was honest with the fact that it is thousands of orders affected and no idea when I can expect my order.

Very frustrating for me as a customer and her as a customer facing employee who has to suffer daily abuse for the failure of the business.

Awful company to deal with. Ordered the new Villa shirt with printing, took 3 weeks to arrive and they sent out a kids shirt and not an adult. Sent emails and made calls and basically they could not care less. Want the wrong shirt returning and still haven’t sent me out the replacement yet. I’ve had issues with them in the past but this is getting absolutely ridiculous with them now. They are a disgusting company to deal with. Avoid using them.

For the second time completely let down by this company. Ordered and paid for a shirt - promised delivery 4/8 - despite 9 emails chasing my delivery nothing until today to tell me they cancelled the order and I will be refunded. Disgraceful service. Should have realized last year when a product ordered mid October finally arrived Christmas Eve. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - UNTRUSTWORTHY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT.

Absolutely useless, no delivery, why big clubs and the NFL are using these cowboys is beyond belief, refuse to communicate and no updates, just processing, absolute disgrace and just don’t care.
Now the website does not recognise their own customer number they sent with confirmation.

Ordered two Millwall kits on 2nd of agugust to treat my self for festivals and being a big fan of the team paid next day delivery waited 7 days then complained was sent 25% off and told I’d be given free shipping then waited another 2 days no shipping’s then sent another 10% discount voucher with no refunded sh%% as of yet and now still 0 tracking just sh** discount codes never will use again

I bought 6 shirts for 400 pounds, and these scammers didn’t do the delivery and never answer any of my e-mails. It feels like this is a joke, they don’t even bother on giving the money back!!!

I brought two football kits for my sons birthdays which are next week ordered end of July express delivery I have been sent the socks but everything’s else is still processing tried chat never any one available tried emailing customer service nothing I have brought from kitbag for years and never had an issue! Terrible customer service and £200 of kit no where to be seen!!!!

Nightmare getting past the IVR system on the phone to be told I'm in a queue of 30 secs.
Still here 10 mins later to get a refund for an item still in 'processing' after ordering 4 weeks ago

Ordered an item priced at £35, only to receive an email weeks later that my order had been cancelled at my request despite no such request being made. When I went to reorder the price had miraculously increased to £105! Clearly more interested in ripping off customers than honouring orders that have already been placed. Will definitely not use again!
