They did not provide enough paint for my paint by numbers kit, and customer service was completely unhelpful, couldn’t even tell me what type of paint is being used so that I could find more on my own. Very disappointed, don’t recommend this company.

I really want a refund and am just not getting an email back! I saw an ad and thought this was really cool but now that I have seen the reviews I am not willing to take this risk. This company is not American, Its a chinese company. Me and my friend ordered these together and hers came all folded and just in horrible condition! Please refund me back and answer my email!

Placed an order on November 13 and was advised that I’d be receiving the products in “3 to 5 weeks” which was fine because this was supposed to be a Christmas present. I reached out to their customer service support 6 weeks later after I hadn’t received the products. There was no response to my email. I messaged them on Facebook messenger and also no response. I attempted to track the package online, but couldn’t because I kept getting rerouted to a Chinese website. Finally I called my bank my dispute the charge- only to receive the painting days after I had gotten reimbursed (not to mention the painting arrived folded and ruined). I called my bank and updated them so they would stop the dispute, but still so disappointed with this company.

I have received my two "paintings" today and could not be more disappointed.

The canvas has been folded so it now has deep lines across it. The paint supplied is tiny and highly unlikely to complete the picture and the actual picture supplied looks nothing like the website picture.

Joke of a company and joke of a product..avoid at all costs, and report any adverts to facebook or instagram

I bought a paint by number kit and was surprised how early it arrived. I was disappointed that it was only the canvas and not the frame as I was under the impression it would be stretched on a frame but the paint and brushes seem to be of an alright quality so I'm pretty happy.

Absolutely ridiculous. If I could choose NO star then I would. Don't purchase anything from them at all. I made an order, the shipment got "lost" and they "re-sent" the item. Two months down the line and nothing. Every-time I make an enquiry I get the same stock standard message back.

A HORROR show it took 2 months for this gift to arrive, coincidently just arrived the day or two before the party. I opened it and was horribly disappointed.
Cheap plastic, messy painting job on the side and not functional !?

I had to run around and buy a gift on the way to the party ! I complained the following morning and received no reply I sent a second and third e-mail with no answer
Fourteen months later I get an e-mail trying to hustle more crap on me AFTER being offered store credit twice I finally heard I'm being refunded ....... we'll see.....when ....

My son ordered a Patriot The Military Survivalist Watch on 17 April 2018 with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks. It has now been almost 2 months and Faraday have been unable to track my order, notwithstanding many queries from my side. They continue to direct me to the tracking site of the courier company to get rid of me. I've indicated to them that the parcel left the local courier hub 50 kms away for delivery to my home on 25 April and simply cannot still be in transit 7 weeks later. So far just empty promises to assist from Nikki at Faraday support. I want action please.

Ordered cake love icing set and it has arrived safely in less than 5 week's was advised it would take.

I am still waiting for my order 3 months after purchasing it. The tracking number they gave does not exist on the USPS tracking website. No answer thus far on any of my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Definitely a scam!!!!

I ordered a Van-Go picture and was okay with the 3-5 weeks delivery time, but after 5 weeks when I still hadn't received it, I asked about it just to be told that there was a system error and my package wasn't shipped. Well hallelujah they sent it again (I don't know if they really did) here is an excerpt of the email:
' Hi Markus,

We're terribly sorry for any inconvenience caused!

Upon checking, your order was part of a system error and was
not shipped.

We would be glad to resend you your item. '

They may say they are based in Harrisburg PA but that would probably be only the office. They play on your heart strings by saying they are a small company and the paint by numbers "are custom designed for creative artists who want to test their skills!" "Ridiculously high demand - expect 3 weeks for it to arrive (to be safe). " The last statement should have clued me in. "Free Worldwide Shipping & 100% Money-Back Guarantee" But if you want to send it back they will send you a prepaid mailer and be happy to reduce the price of the mailer from what you paid so you are paying to return it. Did I mention that the canvas is shipped from China. I thought it was a small American company but no they just order crap from around the world and then ship it to you. Also on the return policy if you don't get it within 30 days of ordering you don't get a refund or return. Note the 3 week shipping hmm really so if you are lucky you have 9 days to get this back to them minus shipping costs. I am very disappointed and would return it but the shipping cost back would not make it worth my time. Chalk it up to a lesson well learned. The only reason they get a 2 is because unlike others I actually got my product. Really don't think there will be enough paint to finish it but hey I got the product.

The following is what I attempted to post as a review on the Faraday Science Shop website.

I ordered the Storm Crystal in hopes to give to my husband as a late birthday surprise. I was aware of the time it may take to receive as they tell you after ordering, 3-5 weeks. What I didn’t know was it takes 5 weeks for your order to go through and then supposedly 5 weeks to receive after shipping. I e-mailed customer service March 20th. Giselle from Faraday responded my item was shipped January 11th, and to please wait 5 weeks. I don’t think she checked or knows the calendar year but I should have received the package around Feb 15th. March comes after February. It’s now May. Look elsewhere for gifts. Don’t ‘give’ them your money. I’ve requested a refund today. I have read that it’s near impossible to get your money back. Please believe the bad reviews. It will save you your time, patience and money. I gave it a shot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Shame on me. You are better off ordering through Amazon, e-bay or even Etsy. Drop shipment is very sketchy. This company is bonkers! I cannot believe it is still up and running based on all the horrible reviews. You see a good review pop up every 30-40 bad reviews. Run! Look somewhere else! They are the absolute worst I have ever come across!

I hope this helps others. I know they won’t post my review on their website. I’d be very weary that the good reviews are legitimately people who purchased through them. I’d bet half, if not all of them are fake.
Moving on with my life now.

Ordered in November and still awaiting. Have contacted them a number of times and they just say it’s in the post. I have asked for a refund and updates but not reply!

5 months on and still did not receive anything. Order was placed and apparently shipped in December 2017 (estimated delivery time 4-6 weeks). I requested for a cancellation and a refund last month but was told that it could not be done since items are in transit. FRAUDULENT online store.

2,5 months, and my order still nowhere in sight. They give tracking number but my order didn’t moved an inch for 2,5 months. Think again if you want to buy products from this company.

Paid, no goods or refund ever received. Same old excuses. Run away from these thieves. It’s a scam.

After seeing an advert on Facebook for some interesting items, I ordered an oil, paint by numbers french street scene. Needless to say it never arrived, with shocking level of service trying to get a replacement or my money back. So farm with no luck!

They stole my ten dollars and lied about a confirmation email! It has been TWO WEEKS and I have yet to get an update on my “ “SHIPPED ORDER”! Then when I tried to contact them through email it went straight to my drafts. Don’t buy from these people! They are a bunch of lying scumbags...

I have now decided to change my original review. I didn't receive my item and initially the company didn't reply to a few messages but I have now received a full refund.
