My goods did not arrive! This company are thieves!

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are all about. Ordered a Van-Go paint by numbers and it arrived in 10 days. It was folded but nothing a 1 minute iron can't fix. I'd buy again.

I bought stuff I saw here during a social media advert, looked too good to be true, and it was. Utter rubbish. I'm a reasonably smart guy, so it's my fault for being conned. I won't shop with them again.

I ordered a VanGo kit on the 15th of Dec and just received it...so yap...the delivery took around 10 weeks, not 3-5 weeks as initially mentioned. This was not delivered to my house as it was said, I had to track where the package was & go pick it up. Maybe this only happens to Romanian deliveries? I don't know...

In terms of customer service, they always replied fast but were not helpful. They only thing they were doing was giving me the tracking number of the package. They didn't try calling the carrier or something to find out what happened with my delivery. I had to take care of this on my own.

The package was not big at all. Just received a tiny bag with the colours & canvas. No box, no protection for the canvas or colours. So I guess I was lucky they didn't get deteriorated on their way here.

Regarding the product itself can't really comment right now as I haven't actually tried painting on the canvas or using the given colours. What I can say is that the reference image to where you're painting needs to get as a finished product is really small & not really helpful taking into account that all the spots you have to colour in on the canvas are tiny...

I'm happy I received my order in the end but this was way too much stress & trouble! For almost 3 months I was stressed out that I was being ripped off & wouldn't receive anything in the end...
It's not worth the trouble to be honest.

Item never arrived and they refused to give me a refund. Obviously I'll never order from them again. They are probably more of a scam then anything else. Stay far away!

"Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange."

--BUT--

"Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive."

See what they did there? Duh. My bad for being an idiot and failing to spot the downright obvious gotcha.

WHEN your item takes over 5 weeks to arrive (and it almost definitely will) then it will be utter junk-worth a fraction of the price-and if it is damaged you almost definitely can't claim a refund under their returns policy because it took so long to arrive.

In my case several remote-controlled balloon fish (which were tatty junk anyway) arrived squashed and bashed up so badly that the fish were wonky and the boxes were totally unpresentable as presents.

I put it down to experience, cursed my idiocy and got on with my life.

If I could give this company a NO stars rating I would. I ordered a lamp from them on 29 November, and as of today, 26 February it has never arrived. I have been in touch with them many times since November and get the standard cut and paste response:

I understand your concern but upon checking, your item has already been shipped and I can no longer cancel your order.
Again, your tracking ID is still showing in transit. It is being managed
by Royal Mail right now.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

My advice, NEVER use them. They are taking people's money and not delivering the goods.

13 weeks and my items have yet to arrive. Wrote them umpteen times and it’s always on the way. And no refund because they have already shipped it out.
This is totally ridiculous. Wished I’ve read these reviews prior ordering.
To all those who are still thinking about ordering their items, please think twice and thrice.
Unless you have money to throw, else please go elsewhere to get whatever you’re looking for.

My item was orded december 2017 and it has still not arrieved.. three mounts later..

They refuse to refond it.

The company is a big scam and I wish I had reviewed the company before ordering.

IMPORTANT
I ordered a Van-Go kit, the website gave me a 30% off. When I read all the bad reviews, I freaked out and thought about cancelling my order; however, I didn't.
My Van-go kit arrived exactly on the 5th week after my purchase (which fits perfectly in the 3-5 weeks they mention). The shipping was free, and it was sent from Netherlands to North America. When I purchased the product, Faraday said I would not be able to track it, however, I was to via 17track using the code of my order, which was reassuring.
The Van-Go kit arrived folded, but I had the idea to iron it and it worked perfectly.

SO: I thought it was cheap, took a long time to arrive (but they warn you about it) and the quality of the product is honestly great.

It was important for me to come back to this page and say all this. Don't freak out, your product will probably arrive soon :)

Ordered end of November from Facebook ads and still no item received end of February. There are delivery delays and then delivery delays.

As others have said: Avoid. Wish I had seen this before I'd ordered.

I ordered the Van-Go kit and the package came in 3 Weeks (I ordered from Austria). The quality of the material was nice, so my first experience with the shop was good.

I bought a plasma lighter for £28 and it arrived not working - dead as a doornail (smoke coming from USB charging port when I tried to charge it). They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - this 'guarantee' is worthless: I emailed their customer service three times, no response. I left a civilised but frank review on their website - they didn't publish it. I sent a message on their Facebook page - they didn't respond. I left a post on their Facebook page - they deleted it. I tried to tweet to their Twitter account - they blocked it. They are complete and utter shysters - do not give them any of your money!

My order has disappeared somewhere and i cant get in touch witch the company in any of the platforms...

Bad inconsequent customer service. It took over 20 mails to get my money back. Only 2 out of 3 items arrived. Shipping was extremely slow, but this is displayed in their policy.

Really poor quality of star projector. Considering price (even though it's discount) its a total scam. Paid around 40$ for an item thats worth max, more or less, 7$. I won't even comment on over 1 month delivery time.

They said I would get my package in 3-5 weeks. It’s been over three months and still no package! Very disappointed !

Not only did it take 8 weeks to arrive, but they sent the completely wrong thing!! This company needs to be shut down, complete scam.

Terrible customer service, don't use them! No delivery, no refund, no apologies. This is NOT the small friendly firm they market themselves as- pure scam.

This company is just short of being a total scam. After paying a hefty price for their star projector the product arrived after three weeks. The quality is terrible. The instructions are written so poorly that assembly wasn't possible. I threw it in the trash after 20 minutes of attempting to assemble it. Total waste of money. Will never order anything from them again.
