I ordered over 9 weeks ago and the item hasnt arrived. I've asked for a refund and all I'm getting told is that the item is on irs way.

Awful service and my only recommendation is order elsewhere!!

I ordered what I thought was a high quality etched glass moon nightlight, on sale for $40. I too fell for the gimmick of “only three left!” My fault for not asking about the specifics. The photo showed the globe was the size of a large grapefruit. It turned out to be the size of a small tangerine. Instead of finally edged glass, it is cheap plastic. No instructions. No packing slip. I won’t be using this company again.

Never got my stuff and customer service didn't care so got no stuff, no refund just nothing.

They simply drop ship cheap products from China which explains why it takes 3–5 weeks for anything to arrive (if it makes it to you at all).

Even with the "heavy" discount I received on the night sky projector I ordered, it was still too expensive for the quality of the item received. I would have paid £5 maximum if I had seen the product in its box beforehand.

Definitely shady tactics and advertising. If you see something you like, just look it up on Alibaba and eBay first. You might be surprised.

Do not waste your time ordering from this site. I ordered one of those storm glasses on a Black Friday sale on Nov. 25 as a Christmas gift for my father in law. After ordering I recieved a text message from the site confirming my order and stating they would send another message when it was shipped. Christmas Day went by and I still had not received notification of shipping. Apparently they do not track shipping. It wasn't until the end of January (two months after ordering) when a package arrived in the mail from China (the company says they're located in the US) It was the storm glass, poorly packaged in a cardboard box with absolutely nothing else. No packing slip, nothing to describe the different appearances of the glass and the weather it corresponds with. Very disappointed. I would have asked for a refund and returned the item but didn't want to deal with this company any further. Will never purchase from here again or recommend.

Avoid like the plague, this site reeks of a scam.

Utter junk - both the product, which I eventually received well passed the due date, as well as the customer service.

Same exact thing happened to me!! I've been waiting for 10 weeks now. Still no package. Asked for a refund, was denied!

I'm fed up reading the reviews of people who just didn't read the website properly before making their purchases. If your complaint is timescales for delivery, it's your own fault. They are a small company that have been hit hard after going viral. It's clearly stated on their website that delivery for some items may be up to 3 weeks, which is was for me. They even kindly email you straight away to tell you they are a small company facing huge demand! Their communication is great and my item arrived as described. I will shop with them again. The people leaving negative reviews here are the problem, not their company. Read before you buy next time.

Ordered on Nov 18, still not delivered on Jan 23. They won't give me a refund either. Wish I read all the reviews before I purchased. This site is either a scam or a terrible company. Never purchase from here.

I ordered last year end of december, shipping should take 10-15 business days, we are now about a month later.

contacted them, and they tried to stall for time, so i asked for a refund, which was denied.

now i called upon paypal and hopefully i get my money back.

My item that took 4 weeks to ship but was of appalling quality. Turns out they have a 30 day returns policy from time of purchase. The whole operation is an extremely well executed con.

it took 2 months to the day for my item to arrive. I paid 45 euro for a flimsy chinese knock off. Avoid. this site is a complete scam.

Shady site, 2 month delay, the item that I FINALLY received - a cheap replica of what was advertised.

On their website, notice how every few seconds a notification pops up saying someone bought something? That is 100% fake. It is a plugin called Beeketing. Look it up. It allows them to generate such fake notificaitons.

Many unscrupulous shops use this to make it seem like they have lots of sales. Think twice before dealing with such shady sellers.

AND by the way, almost all their products are dropshipped. They literally order it from sellers in China and have it shipped to you, pocketing a nice 4x-5x profit for themselves.

If you are interested in something, go to AliExpress and get it yourself.

To be truly blunt an honest - yeah, these guys are completely fine to deal with. It makes me sad that inpatient and rude customers mean that they must have such a bad rep. They delivered it when they said they would - between 5 and 6 weeks. They warned people beforehand of this as well. I asked them a question on facebook. Albeit a little slow, they answered. Everyone is way way too harsh on this site. Yeah, they have some sketchy marketing tactics (fake sale times - saying it has 10 minutes left with only 3 left in stock, and resetting when you refresh the page) but they did what they said they would - deliver me a product.

These people have been brutalised for no reason. I'd buy off them again.

Took about 2 weeks for the icing nozzles to arrive, when they did they were well packaged and seem to be excellent quality - not flimsy at all!! can't wait to see if they work as well as the video's - fingers crossed

Like many others, I wish I had read the reviews. Ad popped up in my Facebook feed and I fell for it. Still haven't received the item and 'tracking' site appears to be another bad link. I am complaining to Facebook re: allowing scam companies with terrible records to appear in news feeds. And I will spread the word via social media on every platform to try and prevent someone else from having to deal with them.

Unlike some, I did eventually receive the products I ordered, but they were cheaply made, poorly packaged and definitely NOT worth the prices I paid. The items had been deceptively marketed to look much better than they actually are. Think of the worst dollar store quality.

Ordered 3 items. One arrived after 3 weeks, while another 2 did not arrive after 8 weeks. No refund, one liner reply from customer support. Useless shipping. Would never buy anything from them ever again.
