Ordered two paintings two months ago and still haven't got them, not to mention I recently found the same ones on Ali Express for a fraction of the price. Look elsewhere.

I ordered from them then came here and saw the horrific reviews. I demanded an immediate refund. To be fair to them the money was back in my account the next morning.

I was really worried after seeing all the other negative reviews however my item did arrive after approx 6 weeks shipping from China to Australia. They were very quick to respond anytime that I emailed them too.
The quality of the product was good too.

Absolute scam, they take your money and then say it's shipped and so can't process a refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam. You don´t get the items you buy there.

Wish I'd looked at reviews before purchasing. I bought an art pack. The canvas was wrinkled with fold lines and not in a box or roll just a clear bag. Emailed them to ask how they were prepared to fix this they replied with 'some customers have ironed theirs' which means they know of the on going issue and keep sending out folded wrinkled canvas. They said I could get a refund or replacement if not 100% happy but return postage cost half the price of the product so not worth it and by the sounds of it would probably not acknowledge the return. Just bad.

I ordered my item from them and waited for over three months, kept telling them after two months that nothing had shown up in the mail. Their tracking number they gave me said that the item was "on it's way" which is what they kept repeating to me. After waiting TWO MONTHS I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one.

They are an absolute fraud. At every level. I chased them for 3 months to collect my parcel. There was no communication from their side. When you try to locate the parcel, you can just view some Chinese instructions. These guys are the epitome of inefficiency. They did not even deliver it to my home. I had to run around to locate my parcel. Also, they send it through India Post which is one of the worst services in India. They sent me a cheap Chinese product for a bomb of money. Products shown on website are absolute fake. Its not even worth 100 INR. I hope these fraudsters go down

I've ordered a Van-Go painting since 18/11/2017. It only arrived yesterday 10/01/2018. A total of 8 weeks to arrive!

They are full of scams:
1.) They always say there is only 40 minutes or so left for the discounted price, so you are basically rushed into purchasing the item.
2.) They filter only the good feedback to be posted on their website.

I feel cheated after discovering this website where everyone here basically facing the same problem!

The item arrived WITHOUT a box, how ridiculous!

Seriously like everybody else here mentioned, if I could give it a zero star, I would!

delivery is about 9 weeks not 3-5 weeks like they say and staff are very unhelpful. products are really cheaply made out of china too. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If you are in Australia i recommend going to National Geographic store as they have similar things for a decent price and much better quality

I've ordered a van-go kit as a christmas gift on 16th november. It is 8th of jan 2018 and no delivery was made until now. I asked for my money back. I hope at least they will send it.

I will never order from them again. Don't use this website. It's a scam.

This company is a total scam. Immediately after purchasing an item my credit card information was stolen charges starting showing. I had to cancel my card and alert my bank, but that's not where it ends. An item that was supposed to show up within 3-5 weeks showed up 9 weeks later and was poor quality and not as described...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Same things as the others, shipping took forever. Once it finally arrived, it was packaged very strangely, but was intact. Direct ship from Korea. The piece I ordered was not as advertised, and is not a functional piece. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ABOUT THEM.

Ordered December 3 with promise of 3-week delivery for Christmas.
Of course, it did not come.
Emailed, with no reply.
Emailed again, with no reply.
Called credit card company and they are reversing the charge.

I purchased an item on 18 November as a Christmas present for my mum. On 6 December I got an email saying the item had been shipped (which I was a little surprised at as that was two and a half weeks into their “3-5 week” delivery timeframe). Since then, I’ve not heard anything. I emailed them on 18 December asking for an update as I was stupidly hoping it would still arrive before Christmas - this was met with silence. It is now 3 January and I have still not received the item and have had zero communication from Faraday, plus the tracking number they gave me has stopped working. I don’t know what to do and am incredibly frustrated, my only silver lining is that I didn’t waste too much money on this scam of a company.

They sell the exactly same products that you can find in any chinese ecommerce websites, paying much more, and surprise? The product are shipped directly from China!

I totally suggest you to don't waste money with them, if you want something on their website buy it directly from a chinese ecommerce site.

I purchased 2 Van-Go Paint By Number Kits. It took them 3 weeks to dispatch my order, another 3 weeks for the order to arrive and in addition one of the paintings was not the one I ordered. They replied the same day and sent off the right one for free.

The reason for late dispatch is probably the sudden popularity of the Van-Go paintings thanks to their Facebook ad that got millions of views.

Ordered items for Christmas (4 weeks before). Was prompted by messenger everyday to complete the checkout process (3 days after doing so) with a 'polite reminder' of their ridiculous postage times. Then yesterday (29th December) received an email stating they never had the item in stock so a refund was given. Appauling service, wont be using again!

I ordered the items during the first week of November. One item arrived before Christmas, all but one of the other items arrived the week after Christmas, and one of the items is still in transit apparently. The quality of all items is very poor and not at all commensurate with the price. The packaging was damaged on several items. I will not purchase from them again.

Okay, I’m officially terrified about the things I bought from here. I really I’m hoping for the best. But know with the others reviews I’m almost crying.

I really recommend you to read the reviews before you bought something I’m pages like that.
