I ordered 3 bottles of Cyber Green 50% CBD oil from Farmaciasdirect on 28th October 2024.
Order Ref EU#2218 and still haven't received as at todays date 17th November. I am unable to contact the company by phone as the number in the website does not exist, they list a number on a previous response to a Trustpilot review by another customer who didn't receive their order either and guess what that number is non operational also. I have tried contacting them via email on numerous occasions to no avail.
I will leave a review in the unlikely event I receive the order.

I believe your concerned reply is an attempt to get new customers to spend their money on goods I suspect they won't be receiving!
ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS 'apologise for the inconvenience caused' and 'work to ensure that communication issues wiill be addressed' means absolutely nothing untill I receive my delivery. How hard can that be!! It's very simple, either you deliver my order or refund my payment.
It's impossible to contact you as you ignore emails and your phone number doesn't exist (hence the suspected scam review). I have never come across such poor service. You shouldn't be in business if you have poor communications or are unable to carry out a simple delivery.
When I receive my delivery I and the numerous other UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS will believe you are doing something to resolve your total disregards for your customers and are not a complete scam website.
I LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING MY ORDER, when I do I will post an updated review on thsi website.

I’ve tried contacting their support team multiple times to understand the reason for the delay, but they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls. This was a simple order for one item (dog food), which was shown as in stock at the time of purchase. Now, I can neither receive my order nor get a refund of 72.76€, as they won’t even respond to my inquiries.

Overall, I am happy with the purchase
I made a fairly large order. There was a delay with delivery, in the end it was delivered in 11 days (including weekends). I contacted customer support to clarify the status via email, where they responded to me within a few days. The goods arrived in good quality, in full, at a great price. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. The only thing is that next time I would not order an urgent product.

When I asked via ‘Help Chat’, after 4 days of waiting, they didn’t know when the item will be shipped.
