Been buying from them for a while and have always been satisfied. Recently had an issue with a product shipped incorrectly to me, they have promptly shipped me the correct one proving how serious they are. Thanks a lot Lucas and FD's team!

My order has still not arrived, this being the 10th day. The courier tracking service says the item was out for delivery a few days ago, but nothing has arrived and indicates the item is still with them now. Getting in touch with both the courier service and farmaciadirect has had no response. The first time I ordered with them was good, quick service. This is the second time and hasn't been a good experience.

I like using this website for my needs but trying to estimate an arrival date is impossible and lengthy. My orders will usually take 5-7 days just for processing alone, then shipping time. My order has been in payment accepted status now for 5 days. I always try to estimate a good time for arrival but there have been times when that more than exceeds needed time for items. From order to arrival it's usually 2 weeks.

I have not received my order.
Please give me a refund!!

The confirmation for the order took more than 5 days in which regular sites it is almost immediate after paying. I called the company to ask about this after reading the reviews here. Only after calling they asked me the amount of my order and were able to confirm the order. I then received the products in 3 days but if I hadn't called I have no idea how long it would take based on the reviews I read here.

Excellent service and delivered fast. I will buy again.

Made my order ( RSLUDUKRX#3 ) almost 2 weeks ago and nothing. I can’t even see the status on the website ! Sent a message to the costumer service and got no response.. Not happy !!!!

The items arrived perfectly, but I want to return for a refund because they are not the correct formulation. Nowhere on the site did I see that these were not actually what I'd thought I was ordering.
We have already sent two requests for help, including pics of the items received (do not want), and a pic of the item we thought we had ordered.

Update: today is 17/07 and still have not heard how we can get this handled.

I ordered from farmacia direct last weekend and after noticing that my order was ‘in preparation’ for a couple of days I checked trust pilot (i had been scammed on another website this week!) i was worried this was another scam. I wrote to them that day and someone told me it takes 24-48 hours to precess the order however mine took 3 days to process they sent me another email from customer service when it had been sent (day 4) and the order arrived the next day. So in my experience the processing was a little slow but in general for the savings i made on the products i’d say it was worth it. I would order from here again.

My order came very quickly. High-level customer service. All products as described and in perfect condition. I recommend.

If there was zero stars they would get that. Still waiting for my order after 3 weeks. All excuses when I emailed them. Phones were not answered. Trying to get my money back via the bank as nothing has been sent.

2-4 day delivery and day 3 its still processing. Useless

Put in an order on the 17th of May.
On the 26th I received an email stating they were still waiting for the items to be sent to them by their lab.
On the 29th, at 8.27 am, another email saying they were expecting it to arrive the present week.
The same day, at 10.41 am, one last email informing me that my order was cancelled.
Complete disregard for the customer and it was telling how disconnected their all operation is.
If you have other options don't buy here.
I am still waiting for a refund.

Received the wrong products ordered from farmaciasdirect on 09/05/2023 (order ref. WLBVVIGEH). Unfortunately, the products were not corresponding to the ones I have ordered. I have immediately informed farmaciasdirect about the wrong products (they were not picking up the phone and it took me some time to find their email address which is well hidden in their web site).
After a few days I managed to reach them by telephone. They said they would call me back to let me know how I to return the wrong products. Still waiting to receive their call.
I have sent them several emails with pictures of the products and the original package but until today, 23/05/2023 my problem has not been solved.
All in all, a terrible experience.
Do not buy from farmaciasdirect.

Update 29-05-2023:
After 12 days I have finally received a human and constructive answer from farmaciasdirect. They explained that the products I received had a different format vs the ones I had ordered but they were similar, adding that this was since the producer, in this case Ducray, discontinued the products I had ordered. I said to them that I regretted that this explanation was given so late and after so many emails I had to send them which left me as a customer with a bad impression of their customer service level. Anyway, I thanked them for eventually providing me with this explanation. I will keep the products and see if they work for me.

In preparation for 4 days
Supposed to be delivered yesterday
Waited at home all day only to be told at the end of the day that it couldn’t be delivered because I was not home
Arranged a new delivery for today before 2pm. It is now 4pm and no delivery
That’s 2 days of my life that I will not get back
For a só-called pharmacy company this is very poor

My order is in preparation status for days now. I contacted the support trough the message center but I only get an automatic reply and no help given. The chat supporto it is fake, no-one replies There isn't any tel number to call. Beware this is a FRAUD website do not use it!

Zero accountability! Do not fall for their shipping terms, they are overpriced and do not deliver as promised. Avoid at all costs.

Its the best pharmacy service, always with availability and support when need it.
