I never dealt with farmgirls flowers and I will from now on. The flowers were beautiful when they arrived and the follow up was the way it should be.. So I have no complaints.

This company has spectacular flowers. However, they were not delivered until about 8 pm and the flowers were quite cold. Perhaps in future I will see if orders can be delivered during the day.

Flowers in a UPS truck for four days.
I ordered flowers on a Monday to be delivered the following Friday. I was notified onTuesday that the flowers had already been shipped via United Parcels. They would therefore spend 3-4 days on a truck! I wanted to give fresh flowers! This was most disappointing, especially since Farmgirl Flowers stresses the freshness of their flowers. (And their arrangements are beautiful.) The shipping arrangement was not specified when I placed the order. In the past, they delivered flowers via messenger.

Never easy when someone passes. Recipient said flowers were absolutely beautiful and brightened their day.

My husband had always ordered flowers from Farmgirl since they opened years ago. The flowers had gone downhill. I received my 35th Anniversary flowers on Saturday, 10/14/2023, and by Monday, 10/16/2023, the flowers were dying. It was the same last year. I love the arrangements, but the quality is no longer there.

A nice mix of seasonal flowers. Not as fresh as usual.

Flowers arrived on time to the correct destination. They were beautiful, so similar to the photos on the webpage. They got more beautiful once they were put in water and the blooms continued to open. The recipients were delighted. We sent the flowers as a thank you gift for hosting us for a few days. We all enjoyed the flowers during our visit. Flowers were a great host gift.

What was delivered was not quite what was pictured albeit still beautiful. I also would have liked to known if the flowers didn’t have any container at all.. which I’ve gathered they didn’t other than the burlap wrap. I had thought there would be a container and we could buy an extra vase.

Luckily my daughter got her flowers because they were left outside of her apartment building in a busy area of Chicago.
