I ordered flowers for my neighbor for her birthday. She was so happy and impressed with the flowers! She sent me photos of the flowers and was thanking me continually. I will definitely order from your company again in the future. The flowers were in perfect condition, very well presented, fresh and fragrant, easy to order, and shipped quickly.

No card attached and not even my name included. And I received no real apology or sincere acknowledgment. They lost my online sentiment card to a family member that lost her mom. But they charged my card with my name annd order without issue. Unacceptable customer service. I’m sad. I have loved their flowers. I’ll be looking elsewhere now.

I received an email after sending flowers to a friend who just lost her father. It said "I'm reaching out today to inform you that, due to a system error, we were regrettably unable to include the initially specified gift message in your recent order(s)." The email then suggested that I reach out to the recipient and share my thoughts personally. OK, this awful, but things happen. My friend and I already spoke about her loss and she expressed that she is overwhelmed and was looking forward to just cocooning for a while, which to me says she needs a minute without expectations or interruption. So, I do not want to call with what could look like fishing for a thank you. My issue is what happened next. I reached out to Farmgirl Flowers to ask if there was any way that my friend would know that the flowers were from me minus the message. Four separate attempts (2 on email and 2 on the website contact option) have gone unanswered. This is where a company loses my business. Answer my question. Offer a different solution; like calling to tell the recipient that a message was missing from their flowers, where they came from, and apologizing for the confusion (screwup).

Compared to previous bouquets, this is disappointing. The roses arrived looking damaged or old. The tulips and one of the Lillies are shriveled and will die before opening.

I have used you multiple times and been very happy. This time the free card I wrote was not included. These are expensive for me and including a card was meaningful to me to express my sympathies.

The flowers were delivered on time and were so beautiful and fresh

Well, I've given this company my business 5 times. We are all about helping small businesses whenever we can. The first time was successful (Order 3945304 ). The 2nd was a disappointment (Order 3955809) with the flowers showing up days late to a friend in the hospital. By the time he received them they were very wilted. I emailed the company twice with pictures but never heard from them. I decided to give them another shot and ordered a large arrangement for my mother on her birthday (Aug 2023) but that order isn't showing up on my account so I can't give the order number. The 4th order was recently to my neighbor who lost a pet (Order 4193223) who said the flowers were slightly wilted but beautiful so I didn't complain. The last order was Jan 18th, 2023 (Order 4200171) and were to be delivered on Jan 20th. I wrote them an email the night of the 20th when they hadn't been delivered. I still haven't heard back from them and its now the 22nd. Needless to say, they've lost my business. No communication with customers when there's an issue isn't the best way to solve problems.

Ordered from a picture that was described as the Cosmo bouquet but got something that did not look like it, very bad quality of flowers and doesn’t even look like what was ordered

We’ve all been there - you order flowers for someone and they receive a lackluster product. This is never an issue with FF. Always a wonderful gift with no worries that the recipient isn’t getting exactly what you expected.

For the price and the pictures that the website showed, I expected the picture that my daughter sent me of her flowers to look a little better than it did. I’ve ordered from Farmgirl flowers a couple of times, and the most recent was not as good as the first couple of times.
