Farmgirl went above and beyond
Farmgirl went above and beyond. I found out that the recipient was out of town after I placed the original order. Denise at Farmgirl arranged for a second delivery at no charge once the recipient was back in town!
Wow, now that is a company that goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of and happy.
They had no obligation to send a second shipment, it was done out of kindness and wanting to make sure their customer was satisfied.
Dead flowers and horrible customer service
My flowers were not delivered in time for my mom’s birthday. They came late and arrived dead. The company refused to offer any reimbursement because I had not purchased their insurance on top of their already high prices. Beware! I am a long term customer (just ordered a few months ago as well) and they still have no sense of customer service. Any other company would replace damaged goods. This isn’t a cute small company that cares about its customers.
Amazing packaging!
For starters, the packaging and shipping container was amazing. Packaged with LOTS of love and care - I was quite impressed about that.
The flowers are beautiful. No complaints - just compliments and well wishes to this company of hard workers.
Do NOT order from FGF. Overpriced for mostly dead flowers
I had a bouquet of dahlias and sunflowers delivered by a friend today, and, like every delivery I’ve EVER received from Farmgirl Flowers, most of the flowers arrived dead, dying or the bloom/head was severed from the stem. Exactly why I stoped ordering flowers from there years ago and know any I receive will last only a few days. Once I ordered flowers for my mom from them and they were mangled when they arrived. They replaced the bouquet and THAT delivery was easily 50% dead or dying. Plus their CS and return/replace policy stinks. The flowers I get from Costco or locally last 10-14 days. Do NOT depend the exorbitant money for these flowers or this company. You’re better off going local.
Do NOT order from FGF. Too expect for mostly dead flowers

Great pictures terrible execution.
Unfortunately the flowers that were received were already dead or dieing. When I looked up the return or a notification policy it is in fact behind a secondary insurance policy. That is unfortunate and honestly should just be included in cost. I have ordered online multiple places and all if not most stand behind their flowers and do not require a third party insurance. My thought was it was something required for the package being rained on box destroyed etc but not just for a normal 24hr delivery. I can't upload a picture but my fiance was disappointed. I should have just order through Bouq or other company. The thought for me is did the florist who created my order know the flowers were terrible and knew since I did not have insurance I could not return so give me the worst quality? Who knows but based on the order and the state of the flowers that can be the only explanation. Again, great pictures and designs unfortunately terrible execution.
No accountability
The flowers were pretty once they finally arrived but do not count on a timely delivery or helpful customer service.
Lack of quality and concern
Recently received a bouquet from Farm Girl.
50% of the flowers were smushed or dying.
I emailed the company (only recourse) with pictures.
I never got a response.
So much for customer service.
Too expensive for bad quality
I've sent Farmgirl flowers to several people because they are normally stunning. But today, my friend received some roses I had sent her. She was happy to get them and sent me a picture of them. To me, the roses looked wilted in the picture, and one of them looked dead. I was really disappointed because I spent a lot of money on those flowers.
Seems Farmgirl’s commitment ends once payment is made
This is a clear case of”Promise them anything to close the sale” And do they then just wipe their hands of all responsibility once the flowers are out the door? Evidently yes. Flowers to be delivered to my out of state daughter for an August 24 birthday party were to be delivered by noon on the 23rd. Received confirmation of same. On morning of August 24 same message “12:00 pm on August 23” After unproductive online chat with UPS the delivery suddenly changed to August 26 before 7 pm.
Does Farmgirl Flowers have no responsibility to select a dependable shipper? There is no phone number to call. I expect once they have cash in hand, the customer has served her purpose.
I am so extremely angry that I had to make alternate arrangements at the last minute. If or when these perishable flowers and overpriced chocolate bar arrive, I expect that spending 5 days in a warehouse or truck will have quite a deleterious effect. If a product is great, but the company opts to partner with an unreliable delivery vendor, then company has failed. Never again!
As much as I would love to give a great…
As much as I would love to give a great review this is my 3 time buying from them the first bouquet was absolutely beautiful the second bouquet was already dying and the 3rd one was worse than the second one. So disappointed as my mom is going through stage 4 breast cancer she just loves getting flowers i expected better since i spending over 100.00 plus on flowers.
Already perishing when bouquet arrived…
I was sent a bouquet from a friend and when it arrived you could see that the flowers were already beginning to perish. This very expensive bouquet only lasted 3 days before it was totally wilted. Very sad.
Brown edging on roses and tulips
My daughter had a beautiful bouquet sent to me for Mother's Day; they arrived a couple of days early and the assortment of flowers was outstanding except for the fact each and every petal of the several roses and tulips were edged in a nasty brown, the other flowers were fine but with the roses and tulips as the focus of the bouquet made it a sad presentation. Fresh flowers need air flowing thru the box to keep that from happening. I did not want to disappoint my daughter as I knew she had spent a lot of money to have these sent to me so I did not mention my disappointment. She lives in another state.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered flowers for my wedding bouquets and they arrived dried out and wilted. I paid $120 for a bouquet of nothing. They shipped them with only a small piece of sponge wrapped around them. No stems had any water filled vials on them. BEWARE! They look good in ads and have great marketing, but, you cannot reach them by email nor phone. I’m self employed and small business. This is not acceptable.
Do not order from them
Do not order from them. I ordered for my daughters birthday. Not delivered.
Came back with nonsense zip code wrong. Then told me to repay and would resend. They are crazy. They delivered flowers to same address in February 2024 with no issues. They dropped the ball. Will not refund my $98.00. Don’t waste your time or money.
I was disappointed in many wilted flowers…
I received the bouquet from a girlfriend. I thought the packaging was lovely as were the flowers. Unfortunately, many of the roses were wilted as were a few other flowers. I worked at a florist and read your directions but the 2nd day I had to remove many of the wilted roses. Not sure when it was sent but I didn't feel they were as fresh as stated for the expense!
Disappointed I purchased flowers to be delivered on…
I purchased flowers to be delivered on 5/10 (before Mother’s Day). I received an email that my order had shipped on 5/9 and was on the way. That was the only communication I received until I complained. The order arrived on 5/13, the day after Mother’s Day.
I hav to send 2 email, call twice and the only follow up was that the shipper had a delay.
Farmgirl failed at almost every point.
1. No updated communication when a delay occurred.
2. No customer service staff available on the weekend.
3. No follow up until multiple complaints.
Sad to say they are not what they once were.
Holiday order not delivered
Holiday order not delivered. Received numerous contradictory email updates about rescheduling the order, no flowers delivered again. Now pushing two weeks past the holiday and no refund or delivery.
Dead & Wilted
I'm SO incredibly disgusted by this company. We placed two orders to two different states in the US, and they sent dead and wilted flowers to both of our mothers. I reached out to them more than 24 hours ago and nobody has bothered to reply to me. I may as well have threw my money out then window. Both our Mothers are very disappointed. How embarrassing!
STAY AWAY!!
My husband ordered me flowers from Farmgirl for Mother’s Day and they arrived DAYS late and completely dead. He sent a complaint and was offered only a shipping credit. No compensation for the DEAD flowers! This is absolutely unacceptable and I don’t even know how it is legal. We paid over $100 for a product that went straight in the trash. On top of all of this, I have called many times and nobody EVER picks up the phone. Horrible company. STAY AWAY!!
