Terrible.
No phone to call and contact us form hasn't for 2 months. Halfords gift card is out of stock for ages and the website shows "try again in 24 hours"... I've been trying for 40 days. I simply gave up!

Received a voucher as a gift, followed the instructions to redeem, fairly straight forward, received redemption code via email having Chosen New Look as the retailer to spend the voucher. However New Look do NOT accept these vouchers and once you have received your code you can not change or have the voucher refunded.
Absolute sham!! They take your money under false pretences.
Do not buy as a gift…..recipient will be left disappointed!

Total joke. You buy gift cards as a gift. Don’t buy this one it’s the worst gift you will ever give.
Tried to use in Primark, it kept getting declined. Shocking at how bad this is.
The customer service team are APPALING after not being able to use the card I wanted to get the balance as cash. First they deduct £5 for this then I was told it would take 10 working days, 20 working days later I finally got my money.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS USELESS CARD

So obviously the Topshop chain are no longer available on this voucher, which advertises you can use in 22 stores. But with the 10 stores left to choose from, at least two we tried were unavailable due to high demand. This voucher is virtually unusable, a total waste of money. Buyers as a gift would be horrified how impossible it is to redeem.

Abysmal cant redeem the card and no contact number available, how do these companies survive!!!

Worst site ever. Can only use online at a very limited number of shops (2 including Zalando...who?). Have to then 'buy' an egift with the card you're given, and then wait for the egift to arrive. Then the code DOESN'T EVEN WORK at checkout. Absolutely horrible site, a rip-off.

I have this card no working spend money on this card for my maye brother gift but not work is so crazy they still sale on shop

Why are they still selling this card!!! Got mine for my birthday and can’t use it. That’s a lot of money I can’t use or get back.

Basically repeating the same as everyone else on here. Worst company ever. False advertisement and too many restrictions.
Just give people cash instead of letting companies like this profit from our hard earned money!

Have been given this card as a gift with the understanding it can be used in many different stores, firstly its not a gift card, it can't be used directly on the different stores websites, you have to purchase your chosen store with the fashion choice card, it then only lets you purchase cards for 2 retailers not the 6 advertised on the card. Would definitely not purchase this for anyone.

I echo what other people have wrote here on the reviews. Fashion Choice is the most redundant gift card ever. So it can only be used in a few places, a couple in-store and the the others online only. It is not user friendly, the website is a mess, think you had to go their site to 'activate' or claim its use somewhere along the line. I had tried previously when the card was active to use it and in the end gave up as it wouldn't work, in the end my card lapsed as it is valid for a year only from purchase. Contacted the company to make a complaint and my message went ignored. Frustrated that someone is greatly profiteering from an international pandemic here, the period of the card being valid ought to be extended- we are not all sat at home on furlough.

The worst gift card i have ever received. Not sure why you call your company “fashion CHOICE” when really you only have two options of online shops! So not much of a fashion choice for the customer, is it really🤔.
I don’t shop at river island and never heard of Zalando and don’t want to shop there either. Really am quite puzzled as to why not all the shops stated on the card and your website can be online too... and it seems such hassle to have to “buy” a bloomin e-voucher to spend online for your chosen shop. what’s the point in this company. Utterly useless and hope i never receive this gift card again.
As we are currently in lock down this gift card is absolutely useless to me right now and is just sitting in my purse collecting dust.

If anyone is thinking of gifting this as a gift for someone... please don’t. There is so much better gift cards out there with actual more CHOICES to shop😂👍🏼.

Bad range of shops, can only redeem river island on line and don't shop there. Utterly usess

Absolute rubbish! A variety of stores listed on the card but if you want to use it online you can only shop at river island or zalando! And currently you can’t even use it on zalando because they are sold out. I’ve contacted them 3 times and phoned but no response!

Really really poor gift card company. I want to purchase something at zalando but they haven't had any gift cards for a week now! Whar an embarrassing situation. IveSo inconvenient and I'm fuming as the product I wanted is now sold out.

Don't waste your time, had a gift card bought for my birthday and it's a load of rubbish! As per all the other reviews, you only have a choice of two online retailers and the one (Zalando) isn't even available. Going to try our luck for a refund from the shop we bought it for. Very disappointed!!

Horrible!!!!! I cannot redeem my gift cards, it only works in one shop which Is not the one I want, I have wrote them a few messages and nobody replayed them I call them and they said it should be working in the next 3 days but obviously it was not true. It happened the same to my sister.Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Ihad 2 of these for christmas, what an absolute faff, trying to spend them, my family who purchased these for me would be horrified if they knew!

Do NOT purchase one of these cards. You can only use in one store online and they will tell you your card is faulty and offer you a new one in 8 weeks time. You will need to take it back to the store it was purchased from along with the receipt and hope they refund you.
