Cardboard gift card so when peeling code it ripped off the code so therefore cannot spend the voucher no way of getting into contact to sort this issue out. from reading other reviews doesn’t look asif I would of been able to anyway!! Advise anyone not to buy!!

Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal.
Range of stores to purchase from is very small and there is only two you can purchase from online - which is a huge problem during a pandemic when no one can actually go to the shops and online shopping is the only option.
Furthermore, Zalando only accept the voucher when you order a minimum of £40 ! Any orders under this amount and you can’t use the gift card.
Too many rules and restrictions, seems like a way to just take your money and make it impossible to spend

Terrible experience! Assumed it would be like a normal gift card so tried to make an online purchase only to realise you have to go on to the fashion choice website to purchase an e-gift card using the voucher from a choice of only TWO retailers and the one I wanted was sold out! How can an e-gift be sold out?!! Absolute rubbish, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buys a fashion choice gift card.

Confusing, misleading and poor
Was bought a gift card for Christmas. I thought it would be redeemable online like anyone would expect in the digital age. Apparently not. Fashion Choice provides very confusing instructions on their website, even when trying to buy an E-gift which they advise to for their partner to reject the details. However, on another webpage, they state that they do not allow online redemption? Also, the term 'choice' is misused because it would connote that there should, ideally be more stores to choose from, rather than being circumscribed to six fashion retailers. I would avoid this company...
