I spent $500 per tree and I got poor quality for the price I paid. The trees are barely 5 feet tall, some almost six, very slim and poor quality. Even if the shipping caused some damage, the price for... See more

All trees arrived in a very poor and wilted condition. I called customer service and they said "sorry, it appears your plants arrived in shock. Please give them a week." After a week, the plants made no progression and I have filed a warranty claim.

I had a great purchasing experience the first time I bought trees from them in 2025, but this year I placed an order for more trees and the estimated arrival date said April 17-20. No trees. I emailed and after a delayed response they said “guaranteed delivery by May 3.” Here we are May 5th. No trees. I emailed customer service twice, on May 2nd and May 4th. No response.

I am a returning buyer. All of the trees were delivered on time, in a great condition. Every time I contact the nursery, always received a great answer and solution

Very smooth process overall. They carry exotic Fruit Cocktail Tree and Russian Pomegranate Tree. Very helpful web page descriptions. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable online chat team members. Shipping and Packaging went well! Nothing to complaint about. Such a joy to work with professionals for a first-time botanist and gardener!

Terrible experience. Both of the plants I purchased came in grotesquely smaller than the listing images and the pictures they allowed in their reviews. Customer service was an atrocious process and rude. I found both plants I purchased (short cake raspberry bush and bonanza peach tree) for 1/3 the cost at local stores.

I have made several excellent purchases at Fast Growing Trees. The trees were expensive but worth it and cost much less than other landscapers in this area. Yesterday I had a problem because I made an error in my online purchase. The customer service agent fixed it and was funny and 100% helpful. I will always use them.

First set of plants never arrived, $730 worth. They re-shipped the plants and trees and I received only 3, all were quite sick. They refunded me for the balance. I tried again and ordered just an avocado tree, it arrived, but not well. I doubt it'll make the summer here in Las Vegas. I built a tent to protect it from the hot afternoon sun. In the future, I think I'll stick with local nurseries where I can pick it out and return it very simply if it's sick or dies too quickly. I bought their insurance package but I doubt that it's worth anything.

Excellent product, kind, and knowledgeable staff, and an excellent price.

Somehow I ended up with the wrong shipping address when SHOP populated the form. A quick chat with customer service corrected that. Both trees arrived healthy and well packed. Both exceeded expectations. I will definitely shop here again!

Skip this place if getting strung along for five weeks is something you want to avoid. I placed a small order and it took three weeks for them to notify me that the item was sold out and offer an alternative. I had questions, it took them a week to respond and with answers that didn't address what I asked. I told them to move forward with the alternative. A week later, my order was cancelled via form letter. No trees for me and I don't know if I'll be able to find a replacement since it's so late in the season now. I wish I had looked at other reviews before ordering; this place doesn't deserve your money.
Update after the reply: this company is pathetic. The alternative they offered, mentioned in the reply, was another sold out tree. They knew this before canceling my order and well before the reply to this review. For anyone keeping score- three weeks to figure out they couldn't fill my order and from then on the average response time was six days. Compare that to the response time to the negative review. Two days to reach out for more info and two days to respond. They clearly care more about their image than their customers.

The youngest trees are 2-3 feet. I ordered 3-4 feet but they changed my order with no notice. I was willing to work with them and wanted to know how to care for the baby trees to make them more stable - they are super thin and scrawny, can't hold their own weight- the customer service rep said they would email me detailed information on how to prune them. The email consisted of a paragraph of the most generic Google info, completely unhelpful. I wanted trees that would be within a couple years of fruiting, the service rep said they didn't have a single variety that was in that range, wildly different from what their website leads you to believe.

Customer service has declined significantly over the past several years. Filing a warranty claim has become unnecessarily difficult, and it often feels intentional—as if the process is designed to discourage customers from following through.
During my initial attempt, I was only able to interact with automated responses and was told that someone would follow up. No one ever did. After reaching out again, I finally connected with a real person, but only after dealing with repeated unhelpful AI replies.
Once I provided all the requested information, I was told I would receive an email with a shipping bill. That email never arrived, and I had to follow up days later. At that point, I was informed that the warranty item was out of stock and was instead offered a discount code.
Due to this experience, I canceled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love this company! I have ordered several times from fast growing trees, everything from flowers, shrubs and trees the web site is easy to navigate, which for me is essential. When the order arrives it’s packaged well and the plants are very healthy looking. Also the prices are great too!
The customer service is excellent. I had a question regarding one order and they responded within well within a 24 hour window. I’m looking forward to place another order soon

UPDATE: In an effort to hide my experience, Fast Growing Trees flagged my review as having harmful content. It was temporarily taken down. In no time at all, Trust Pilot put it back up. Instead of dealing with their costumers like adults, they're trying to sweep their actions under the rug.
One of the trees is great, the other died. Ok, they have the survive and thrive guarantee. They quickly approved the replacement. However the same tree is $45 less than when I bought it. I think i had a discount code which makes the difference less but i could also use a discount code today so it's kind of a wash. Not only do i have to pay shipping on the replacement (which i understand) but they refuse to price match the new price for the same size. I asked they cover the shipping of the replacement and I would ignore the $45 difference but they refused, which is odd as they still come out $20 ahead. Then I asked to refund some of the difference and they said they can't price match. Since when can a company not price match itself? The whole experience just seems kind of gross. I asked for an extremely reasonable solution that still favors them and still I got the proverbial middle finger.

I had a disappointing experience with Fast Growing Trees. One of the trees I received arrived in poor condition, with multiple limbs broken during shipping. This wasn’t minor cosmetic damage—the structure of the tree was clearly affected. I sent pictures of the tree to their customer service department.
I contacted customer service and expected them to take the damage seriously. Instead, the only thing they seemed concerned about was whether the tree was technically still alive. There was no real acknowledgment of the damage or how it impacts the long-term health and appearance of the tree.
When you’re paying for a quality tree, condition matters—not just whether it’s barely surviving. I expected better packaging, better quality control, and a more customer-focused response.

People in your business have been very helpful in explaining your product. We got our maple tree and it was boxed up and in very great shape. We then decided, because of the way you sent our maple tree to order our Jane Magnolia. Haven’t received it yet but I am sure it has been well taken care of!!😍

I have been purchasing all my plants from FGT's over the last two years and not one has died!! I thought one was dead, talked with customer service and did the scratch test and it turns out it was just a late bloomer. The packaging is amazing and everything I've received has been in great shape. I'll continue to purchase from FGT's!!!

The plants are TINY compared to what I can get at a local nursery for the same price. I ordered two honeysuckle plants. One arrive in decent shape. The other came with multiple broken branches and it looks like there is a fungus on the leaves. Spend your money locally for better results.

My order doesnt ship out until next week, so i dont have the ability to provide my satisfaction or lack thereof. I must say the 3.3 our 5 scares me a bit; hopefully, I will be one of your best supporters.

Ordered a Meyer Lemon & Satsumi Manderin Tree. Received notice that they were shipped, arriving today, 4/29.
Only the Manderin arrived but the website indicated both were delivered. I called and spoke to a rep. Monica who told me the Meyer Lemon is currently unavailable. I asked why the website states both were delivered. She didnt know but said the Lemon tree is due in on 5/11 and after quality control, it'll be shipped on 5/18.
So, I was never told of a delay but they listed as available when I purchased and delivered and now, have to wait an additional 3+ weeks for the second tree to arrive?
Had planned on ordering additional items to complete my backyard however, doubt that'll be happening now due to them failing to indicate the tree was out of stock, poor communication and an, almost 1 month wait to receive what I ordered.
I'll go back to the seller I was originally going to buy from. Cost a bit more but you get what you order and they don't say they have items that are actually out of stock. Glad I wasn't gifting this to someone. I would've looked like an ass.......
