I am very disappointed with Fast Track reclaim.
I returned a form for ppi tax reclaim in March and now I am being told HMRC did not receive the form.My question is why didn’t they receive it,did you submit the form or not.
This mistake is costing me a lot of money and your company don’t seem bothered.

Absolute con artists bill you for services you didnt ask for, dont cancle whe you ask them to and represent you when you've told them not to do so as you dont wish to hear from them again. Seriously avoid them as they also take 36% of anything your owed

Don't be caught out
Initially this company were easy to use and were successful in obtaining my PPI refund for me. When they approached for the tax on the PPI refund, I found that there was little action so contacted HMRC myself and when I received my refund from HMRC, this company were quick to take credit for the "work" and insist on fees being paid, due to the terms and conditions, stating that I had not contacted them to end their "work" on my case. I paid and thought that was an end to it but have now had an invoice for a significant amount of money for a tax refund recently received that had nothing at all to do with PPI and had no "work" completed by this company.
My journey with this company it seems is not ended but for anyone using this company, please make sure to end your contract in writing so that they do not seek payment forever and a day for actions that they have had no right to pursue!

Unbeliavable.
Received an invoice for a portion of a "tax return" I have never got. I wonder how they even processed the claim, since they have been spamming my phone with repeated messages to provide more information to "finalize" my claim, to start with? No response from the complaints department, although I did sent off an email. I am not paying money for something I haven't even got to start with, this is a scam.

Last year I got in touch with fast track to see if am owed any money from hmrc and because I did not terminate the agreement with fast track they still check every year so I have received a text to say my invoice will be sent to me, I have contacted them and apparently I owe then but I did not read the small print that they keep checking so my advice is do not go with fast track as if you do and don't terminate the agreement after they keep you details on file and check every time .That how they make they're money even though I did not ask them to check this time as thought it was a one off
