Faz Waz Hua Hin , Thailand…
I had started emailing this company about some of the properties I was interested in and when I arrived in town, Acharapun was able to find me a great condo and she did it so freaking fast it blew my mind because this was the 2nd condo we visited and IT WAS A WRAP! I TOLD HER NO, this is the 1 and we don't have to see any other locations!!!!!! Faz Waz Hua Hin is a great real estate company! I'm am so glad I chose them because from the time I walked in the office, Acharapun sat me down and asked me a couple of questions about what I was looking for and she navigated our course for viewing and I tell you, we only were out about an hour when she help me land my dream condo right near the beach!!! immediately upon telling her that I was ready to sign a lease, I was overjoyed! Acharapun processed all the necessary documents and I was so greatful for her using her skills to make me the happiest man in Hua Hin!

After almost 3 years of advertising through FazWaz, I have never had a single inquiry, viewing request or contact from any agent. They take 5% commission for doing absolutely nothing to promote the properties. Just sitting and waiting for clients.

Ruined my holiday by choosing fazwaz. They need to check the places they advertise before renting to people. Also nearly 40 euro missing from my returned deposit due to “bank and conversion fees”. Avoid.

Firstly, FazWaz.com operates as a hybrid platform, offering both agent assistance and a free listing service. For each booking, we need to confirm the availability and dates directly with the property owner or partner.
Secondly, regarding the missing deposit amount, please note that bank and currency conversion fees, as well as transfer fees, are standard charges applied by banks and transfer platforms for international transactions. These fees are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
We understand that these circumstances may have caused you inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.

I recently brought a property in Phuket with Fazwaz. My agent Fourth was so so helpful through the whole process and any hurdles were dealt with accordingly, was incredibly patient and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible.

Stay away
I was recently in Hua Hin. I tried to book 3 viewings two times and never received a response. A Fazwaz rep in Bangkok told me that they won’t respond to any lease under 65000/mth.
Property Scout was super helpful.
Fazwaz simply pools all rentals then decides if it’s worth an agents time.
As I’m not allowed to respond to Fazwaz. Their reply is bogus. Don’t even try to use them.
Bullshit.

So sorry you've had some trouble. For rentals in Hua Hin, we're currently focusing on 12-month contracts with a minimum of 15,000 baht per month.
We'd like to clarify that our records show you were searching for a 3-month rental (29/07/2025 - 29/10/2025). As we currently have a minimum 12-month contract policy, your inquiry was sent directly to the property owner for their consideration.
