Good service
Initial customer experience was not so great as it took FCI a while to get in contact with us.
Our delivery was also delayed by 6 weeks at the last minute (which was a supplier issue, not FCI's fault). However, the revised expected delivery is still within the timelines set out on the website so no complaints with the overall delivery time.
The customer service team have since been excellent. Very proactive and helpful in keeping us informed and FCI have tried to secure our order as soon as possible. Rajesh in particular has been fantastic.

Great service and plenty of choice.
Very pleased with our new furniture. Izhar spent some time with us to understand our requirements and what we liked. With one piece not available to see in the showroom in the colour way we wanted, we went with Izhar's recommendation. We are delighted with the way the two pieces work togther.

Also once I received my ordered, it came really well packaged.

Great service from FCI and special thanks to Sanjay who was of great advice. We receive our table 2 weeks earlier which was a very pleasant surprise as well.

Very professional service
Izher the sales manager was great, extremely patient. I was ordering during lockdown from pictures, so I was really unsure on colour and there was so many other options. Izher organised swatches to be sent and talked me through each additional option, also sent me pictures and I went back and fourth so many times, I must of driven him mad. From ordering, I was continually updated by email, delivery experience was good, the drivers were very accommodating, polite, took their shoes off and took all the rubbish away. They were faced with a difficult task of getting the headboard up the staircase which had a bend in it, but they didn’t just say we can’t do it.. they found a way. Really professional company and would order again

Organising swatches, talking through every option and responding patiently through numerous back and forth exchanges during lockdown is exactly the kind of commitment that makes a remote purchase feel as considered as an in-person one. A delivery team that removed their shoes, cleared all packaging and found a way to navigate a headboard up a staircase with a bend rather than simply giving up reflects the standard we hold our in-house team to. FCI London works across 30,000 sq ft and over 700 brands, and we are glad the experience justified a return visit.
Friendly and professional
We arrived towards the end of the working day to look for a dining set and Kasia from the sales team didn’t make us feel rushed at all and really took the time and effort to help us find what we were looking for. We did actually see the same dining set elsewhere but it was Kasia’s friendly nature and professionalism that ultimately made us decide to purchase through FCI.
The only thing I would say is that communication with after sales and logistics could be a little better.
All In all, we would definitely come back for another purchase. Kasia is a true credit to the company.
