The man on the phone was very helpful, he sorted out my prescription and I order with him. I was lucky enough to receive a 5% discount which made the price even cheaper, and my lenses came the next day, I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of Tommy Hilfiger prescription glasses with magnetic clip on sunglasses on 22nd June 2026. They were advertised at a cheaper price than all other sites. To my surprise the glasses arrived on 25th June, perfectly packaged and with the correct prescription. Amazing service.

Poor customer service
I changed the delivery address for my current order from feel good contactless but they made a mistake and put the postcode code of my registered address (London) with the new address (wales). I contacted them and they said Royal Mail would return the parcel to them. They would not send me a replacement (even though I need my contact lenses to see!) they expected me to wait at least 15 days for the parcel to be returned to them. Not sure how I am meant to be able to see for 15 days without contact lenses and I have been ordering from them for years. I would not recommend this company.

Made multiple purchases from FGC now as my puppy keeps eating my tv glasses.
Service is top notch, app works perfectly, delivery is fast and the products are 100% as described.
My wife and I have ordered a couple of pairs of prescription glasses, sunglasses and as I say, the basic £30 glasses that the dog likes eating.

Very impressed with both the service and the quality of the glasses.
I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses with Transitions Gen S lenses. After placing the order, I realised I needed to change my PD measurement. Customer services were very helpful and arranged this before glazing, despite it causing additional work and a delay to the order.
Delivery wasn't the fastest, but the glasses still arrived within around 10 days, even with the change I requested, so I can't fault them for that.
The quality of the finished product is excellent. The lenses are crystal clear, the coatings work brilliantly, and the overall optical quality is noticeably better than other prescription glasses I've owned. The glasses are comfortable, well made and offer excellent value for money.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the purchase and will definitely be ordering from Feel Good Contacts again in the future.
