Ordered contact lenses on 23 Junes not arrived
My Husband ordered contact lenses on 23 Junes, for next day delivery, company uses Evri. Rang customer services twice, so far, asking where lenses are.
He has now been told (today) Friday morning, that they are resending via Royal Mail for a Saturday delivery.
He has not yet received a confirmation email.
This company is normally good, not sure what is happening with their deliveries, he is very disappointed with them.
He does not have a Trustpilot account so has used mine to leave a review. Can provide further info.
Updated Monday 29th June, contact lenses arrived on Saturday 27 June, original order placed 23 June. Company emailed me on Saturday asking me to take down this review, bizarre request, never had that asked before. So the answer is No. You need to do better not ask customer their legit reviews.

Although I only order 1 box of contacts for football about 3 boxes every 2 months they are delivered very fast, sometimes I forget and don’t order until the day before I need them they are still delivered on time.

A Customer Focused Company
FeelGood Contacts can't praise their customer service more highly. They are highly focused on keeping their customers, they have a reactive team not only when things go well but also if there are problems. I have ordered lenses from them for some time with no problems but having recently had an issue I was really impressed by their willingness to resolve the issue and their friendly approach to this. A really strong team who unusually put the customer first.

Company resolved the delivery problem caused by Evri
UPDATE: after publishing this review I was promptly contacted by the company and they quickly resolved the problem. I got my lenses the next day, delivered by Royal Mail. Thank you!
I was lucky to get a tracking number and the order "shipped" straight away. However, despite it being "next day delivery" and allowing a couple more days to get the order to a collection point (not trusting Evri with home deliveries) it's been 5 days now with no updates. Evri is still "expecting it" and have been since 21/6. I trusted the "next day delivery" to have my lenses in time for the holidays but now I am cutting it close. Will I get them in time?
