Felgains were fantastic from start to finish. David the installation guy from Felgains gave us a fantastic explanatory training on installation.
Unfortunately after a trial induction period we found the product was not suitable for our client and had to have it returned. David was back within a couple of days no hesitation at all and took it away.
The office staff were fantastic and I definitely would use Felgains again.

Felgains really respects and truly cares about clients. They 'rescued' me from an upsetting situation when my hoist was malfunctioning but the company providing cover for it couldn't help. A Felgains engineer came out, fixed the problem and I was totally reassured by his depth of expertise and professionalism, perfectly matched with warmth and truly, truly caring customer care. I cannot praise him and this company highly enough.

Only issue was the receipt coming a bit slowly. Otherwise a good experience.

Very helpful, personal service. Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get - personal tailored items and a knowledgeable staff to help and guide you. My only gripe is the £20 delivery charge which seems a bit steep.

This is the most helpful and efficient company. Nothing is too much trouble and the delivery service was excellent too. Highly reccomend.

I was introduced to the vedalet , and I can honestly say it's the best piece of equipment anyone can have. My husband would shout and scream while being moved 4x a day but since the vendlet he has got less scared and just acasionly gets agitated. I would defiantly recommend it.

I contacted Felgains this morning regarding some equipment my mother had ordered which neither she or her friends could adjust properly. Felgains arranged a visit to rectify the issue on the very same day and we are both extremely grateful for their fantastic and prompt after-sales support.
