I ordered online and needed the item for Christmas. It’s still not arrived.

Chris seems to be the only person who responds to emails and has accused me of being a scammer and liar despite me being the one out of pocket.

Awful awful company. Do not buy from here.

Their website doesn’t state the goods are coming from China either so I assumed it was a UK company and there wouldn’t be a long wait for my item.

Chris has assured me the item has been delivered and signed for which is impossible with COVID. He failed to provide picture tracking when asked and is being evasive and rude now I am asking for a refund.

I placed an order on the 28th November and was told it would arrive within 2-3 weeks (in time for Christmas) it is now the 22nd December and I have still not received the product, and have had very little help throughout. Would not recommend ordering from here and won’t be again in future. Very poor customer service too

The ursa lipstick bag is stunning very good quality. the colour red lipstick 💄 is absolutely stunning. The down side is it takes long to be delivered around a good month or 3 weeks.

Parcel turned up 3 weeks late and looked nothing like the photo

Ordered a bag for my granddaughter for Christmas. Still no bag or tracking details. Have sent 4 emails with no response! Thanks, I’m now going to be left with no present for my granddaughter.

Bought a bag for my daughter on 20 November. Still not received this yet and no communication regarding the item. I have sent 2 emails asking if there is an issue had no response.

Yes the bag did arrive a few days after writing this review. I am very happy with it. It’s just a pity that someone did not respond to my emails.
I would like to add now however that the bag is lovely and would have been worth waiting on if only I had known it was in transit.

Lovely bag. Took 3 weeks to arrive but expected. Unfortunately it has a very bad smell. Took a good month of airing to get rid of fishy PU smell.

I ordered the beige push lock bag, and received a blush coloured bag with dirt all over the back. The packaging wasn’t damaged so the dirt was not done in transport. I emailed Chris (the return email) the day I received the bag as I want to return it and after 13 days I still haven’t had a response. I’ve sent follow up emails and contacted them via PayPal chat. Thankfully I chose to check out with PayPal as they are now investigating the issue.
I’m disgusted they can’t provide a return address, when I can see they’ve been responding to people on here.
The bag itself isn’t worth £44 - it’s smaller than the images on the website and I wouldn’t even buy it if it was £15.
Just want my money back, please don’t give money to a company like this - it’s not worth it!

My sister and I ordered a few bags from Femni recently. We were initially a bit worried if the quality actually matches the beautiful photos from the website as this was our first time ordering from Femni.
Once we received our order, we were both super happy with the looks and quality of the bags. I’ve had so many compliments since wearing these gorgeous bags. Another great thing was that, we’re from Australia and shipping fee was only 5 pounds. Femni’s shipping fee was much cheaper comparing to some other brands from UK. Loving our bags and definitely will shop here again :)) Highly recommended !!

I ordered my package 4 weeks ago, still nothing has arrived. They already took the payment out from my CC - I have emailed them to ask about my package, and I've gotten no responses!!!! There isn't even an confirmation receipt that was sent via email to track my package, but they definitely didn't wait to charge me $97 for a bag I still have yet to receive or have any information on!!!! SO FRUSTRATING, hate these scammer ads on Instagram that look legit, but aren't! ***BUYER BEWARE***

I got the Dorchester Crossbody, and it is the perfect bag for dinners and events! I live in the US, and it took a few weeks to get to me. The quality is amazing for the price, and looks just like the photos. The only odd thing was the packaging, I wish it was sent in a box or sturdier packaging just to protect it incase. I will definitely be shopping from Femni London again!

So after numerous emails and waiting 9 weeks for my parcel I was absolutely horrified to find that after paying £92 only 1 out of the 2 bags I ordered arrived! Not only that the quality is absolutely shocking and definitely not what is advertised on the website! The tracking system is horrendous and the customer services team are not helpful and completely dismissed my dissatisfaction! This has been a very horrific experience and I will not be purchasing from Femni London again!

If I could rate zero I would. Writing another review as the customer service is shocking and you do get real responses. 6 weeks I have been waiting, this in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 (they have to deliver within 30 days unless a different time frame is agreed upon when purchasing) who knows when my bag will arrive, but I am not holding my breath for any time soon. Also the tracking system is inaccurate

I haven't bought anything, I came across their profile through an ad, and on it a saw a bag that was identic to the bottega pouch. I pointed out that it wasn't on their website so it was so disappointing and annoyng, i mean just change the ad. YOU KNOW WHAT? they not only have deleted my comment (after answering that in was a misunderstang) but ALSO BLOCKED ME. I tell you there is something wrong about this brand, it is a SCAM FOR SURE.

As I live in the US, i waited 4 weeks for my 2 bags i ordered and must I say it was definitely worth the wait. Had a bit of trouble with the tracking site and getting updates on the shipment, but with the help of the customer service staff, they were so quick to respond to my email and immediately updated me. I had ordered the Vegan Alligator Crossbody bag and the Aldon Crossbody. Both are very beautiful and amazing quality. Very cute with every outfit ranging from going out for girls night or just going out for lunch/brunch dates. I will most definitely be buying from Femni again and highly recommend ❤️

Let’s make things clear - ordering from Femni London is the same as ordering from random Chinese webshop. All those “vegan leather” bags are shipped directly from China. This what shocked me when I checked shipping info. That is also why the delivery time is extremely long. If I knew this fact from the beginning, I would never have ordered from this webshop. I honestly thought it’s the UK’s brand.
Second, I did not receive my order at all, which at the end played out nicely for me. I was waiting for 5 weeks & when I checked the shipping tracker, I saw my order made it to Europe, but then was sent back as packaging had some sort of damage.
I immediately contacted customer service asking to cancel my order and send my money back. The good thing - they reacted real quick & I received my money back in a few days after my email. The annoying thing - they deducted the shipment cost. Whatever, I’m just happy I have nothing to do with this shady business.
