I ordered a bag and I was shocked by the quality I can only recommend. Now I will only order my bags there.

I never received the purchase/purse. Is Femni able to track where the purse was sent and either send me another one or reimburse me?

I revived my order nearly two months after I placed my order.
I didn’t receive any updates regarding shipment or why my package was taking so long. Several emails and dms were sent and I received only one reply back stating that my order was on the way.
The bag looks cheap and definitely isn’t worth the price I paid.
Never ordering from femni again.

I ordered a white bag. After 4 weeks, the bag arrived. Unfortunately, she was completely washed out slightly pink. I wrote to customer service and received a new bag without any problems. I had chosen them between a different color or a different bag. Now I have the bag in black and I love it. The service was fast and the quality is also okay for the price! Despite pink bag, good service!

I love the bags I ordered two of them and they came in perfect condition! They look just like the picture I would definitely recommend this to a friend. The only thing is plan on waiting for shipping. at least in my case I was out of the country so it took quite a while but I love these bags and was very pleased with when I got them

It’s amazing , I love my saddle bag, looks so fancy and I love that it is vegan leather , it’s amazing!

Buyer beware, especially if in the USA. I ordered a handbag in JUNE 2020 .. they were very much in business as they advertised on instagram during this time constantly. I'm a vegan who LOVES fashion and collecting leather-free handbags. I was thrilled to add one of Femni London's handbags to my collection.
While I understand the pandemic has made it difficult to ship, track and deliver items in the timely fashion that was achievable before this, Femni London has made no real effort to contact me with valid explanation, tracking number, or product!
I received what seemed like an automated email in mid-August last year when I realized that I gave more then enough time for delivery. I gave this company the benefit of doubt when I received what seemed like an automated email stating that the package was confirmed by "someone" at the warehouse as being in route to the US via USPS.
After that I've written to them in Sep, Nov and just this morning. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !! Ive asked for a reshipment or refund and I have received nothing but an automated email. I will be campaigning to have this company exposed as a scam. I have got word from a "Chris" and "Jaki"
Both have emailed me the exact same thing; Ive attached them for your information look at the dates below. I removed my full name, everything else is as the email read.

Grand day Chris!

I’m reaching out in reference to an order placed on June 28th

My Femni Lottie box bag in ocean blue should have arrive by now and the last update on this item stated that it was it had come from Yemen Japan but nothing since and now there is no info on the tracking number

This item was paid for and posted to my bank account on the the 29th of June for the amount of $62.27

If the handbag is still available I’d still love to own it, as I’ve been vegan for over 10 years and LOVE handbags that are animal-textile free! I am definitely still interested in this exact bag but will like the full refund if it no longer is possible.

Technically, it would only take 2-3 weeks for the delivery of your order in normal circumstances and sometimes it arrives even earlier. However, there have been a lot of international travel restrictions and security checks at the moment due to the pandemic.

I just spoke with the warehouse and we were advised that you parcel is on its way to the US and USPS was already advised of the incoming package. Once it arrives in the US, it will undergo custom check and will be sorted at the warehouse and be ready for delivery

Grand day,

As of today, over a month since my last email, I have not received my order from Femni London. When I was notified that the item was in fact on route , I continued to wait. It's now been over a month since. When I inspected the note attached to the tracking number, one of the options stated that the package might in fact be lost.

I'd like a full refund for the item at this point

I am totally in love with my Femnilondon bag. It’s style and fabric is so wonderful. With lots of space to carry all my necessary belongings at one go is what I most love about it.
Their designs are so chic and classy that I would love to own all of their bags. Their customer service is brilliant, No issues with delivery or payment and they are really helpful. I am even planning to buy another two bags from them.

I don't write reviews this is first in my life but i don't want anyone to have such bad experience. I am all for supporting businesses in this time but this was something else
I ordered a bag from the website for a present It arrived and was of awful quality with the strong glue smell strings coming out of it I could not give it to anyone because of such poor quality completely different from pictures
I tried e-mailing them that I would like to return it the same day I received it.
Its been 2 months I haven't recieved a reply.
I have sent so many emails but they are ignoring them.
This is highly unprofessional behaviour I would give minus points if I could dont buy

My parents gave me the Femni milano saddle bag and it is very well done, the finishes are perfect! Shipment arrived according to forecasts

Do not go near this company, they are fake and fraudsters. They sent me a product that was very bad quality, I politely asked to return it and asked for confirmation of their return address. They did not respond to any of my emails and when they finally did (30 days later!) are now saying I returned the product to the wrong address (which was the address on their parcel).
So in summary very bad quality product and awful customer service (thieves!!)

Delivery wasn’t as long as I thought it was a little less but the delivery times are stated clearly on the website so there are no mishaps! The quality of the bag is amazing I got it for Christmas and I can’t stop showing it to all my friends! My sister also bought 2 bags off here as soon as she saw Mine! Can’t wait to order again.

These products are incredible!! I received the FEMNI VEGAN ALLIGATOR CROSSBODY BAG (ONYX) & the FEMNI JESI SHOULDER BAG in black, and both products are not only gorgeous, but great quality as well. i received these as a gift and was told the shipping wasn't too long either! highly recommend their products!!

I was gifted one of the bags for Christmas (after falling in love with it online) and there were no problems with delivery and I am really pleased with the look of the bag and the quality.

To be honest my boyfriend ordered it for me because I was so in love with their bags.. so this was my Christmas present. The website said that it would arrive in 4 weeks because I live in Italy and that’s exactly how much time it took him to receive it. I’m in love with the bag and I think I’ll order another one in the future..
