Great website but actual orders are…
Great website but actual orders are dealt with by a 3rd party company, Forrest.
They charged a sizeable delivery fee to central Scotland, which is is small print of Fencestore T&C's but still very disappointing. Forrest said the delivery fee was down to Fencestore but Fencestore say the opposite.
First (expensive) delivery had a broken panel. Not surprising as there was absolutely no protection on the items.
When the replacement panel arrived, it was also damaged.

Very pleased with our new trellises and delivered efficiently.
The only disappointment was that when we wanted to add some posts to the order we would have had to start all over again as regards delivery time for all the items!
