Ordering to delivery was excellent and arrived on the day requested and they even managed AM which I requested as a preference. The shed is a basic shed, not sure it will last as long as our other one that we have had over 20 yrs. We found the instructions quite difficult to follow so did take a bit of building. Overall a descent shed for the price.

Couldn't buy direct is my only complaint. The products are superb in both quality and price, were delivered on time and by very helpful couriers. The fence panels have been well received by our neighbours as they have the same view on their side as ours. The project has enhanced our side entrance and generally benefited the appearance of the whole property.

I am really pleased with my purchase and the delivery man was pleasant and helpful.

Was initially disappointed with the fence boards as they looked a bit grubby, were damp and some were a little warped. I erected them straight away as I was worried they would warp more when drying out, I screwed them on to the arris rails top, middle and bottom and abutted them up to each other, Pleased with the job, but the next evening the boards had all dried out and shrunk in width so there was now 2 to 4 mm gaps in between them! I haven't readjusted the boards as I guess in the winter when it gets damp they'll expand again?

The product was built to a good quality and sized as per specifications.
One panel I knew I would have to cut, this was due to the size of my garden and I have to say that the construction was very good and allowed me to take apart, cut and replace the panel end without causing damage, which was a bonus I didn’t expect.
Perhaps unfairly marked down one star due to the time from ordering to delivery ( I should mention this was during the Covid crisis and that may have been the cause in more lengthy time from order.)
I ordered posts, brackets and soil boards and all arrived together on the delivery. The driver being very accommodating in placing the panels in a careful manner.
I would recommend to others to use this service.

Love the fence and gate delivery on time nice delivery man.My only complaint would be there were a few holes in the gate. I know these are natural but there were three in one slat and I feel that slat shouldn’t have been used.Ive tried to send a photo but not successfully sorry.

Overall very pleased with the quality of the trellis panel, posts & post spikes. All as discribed, the spikes are easy to drive into the ground, the trellis looks good. The post are nicely finished with a dome top. Minor issue is if you allow trellis to flex then some of the fixings on the cross over sections become loose and therefore needs re-fixing, but not a major issue, just more of a take care notice.

I ordered a 6’ x 5’ Palram Dark green Skylight Plastic Shed. I received an order acknowledgment and a delivery date. I didn’t receive any notification from the carrier prior to the delivery date, which I thought was unusual, and as I feared the shed didn’t arrive. I phoned to enquire what was happening with the delivery and a employee said she would make enquires, ringing back almost immediately with an apology and an assurance of a early delivery the following day. The shed arrived as promised.
Having watched the promo video I had an idea what to expect the shed came flat packed with instructions to check all items were present before beginning construction. All the parts were present neatly bagged and numbered. Larger parts were stamp with their part number. My son and I assembled the shed as per the clear, if brief, instructions. Although it took us 5 hours, all parts fitted really well, if it didn’t it was us doing it wrong. It does need two adults to assemble especially in the early stages and would be impossible in any sort of breeze. The finished assembly is superb. Remarkably strong and sturdy totally weather proof and looks great. The skylight roof, black from the outside but translucent inside, makes the shed light and bright inside and the double doors open up the front for great access. Highly recommend the product and the company.

Everything happened as advised. Quality as expected and delivered bang on time. Only criticism is, it would be good if a colour option could be offered
