Very good products, well priced. Excellent delivery

Great quality shed and excellent communications about the delivery

Upon placing the order, we were advised that due to lockdown that there would be an additional delay from what was originally advertised. I received a text message advising of the date and time of delivery.

The team arrived within the time frame indicated and hey presto within an hour the shed was erected. The team were experienced and due to the Covid 19 situation, ensure that there was a 2m distance at all times. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful and would not hesitate in recommending you in the future.

I haven’t purchased anything from here so I think you might have an issue with GDPR! This is not good!

From reply. I wasn’t advised what purchase was and have never purchased from fencestore. I did purchase from the shedstore.

Reviewing this purchase the shed is very poor quality and the delivery people were rude. I would not recommend this. But you live and learn.

Disappointed on the quality , needed to paint the shed to protect it from the rain and had to make some adjustments to the roof for a better fit .

Really good service. Ordered in line. Delivery prompt and received notification of time slot. Good quality trellis.

Was well in pressed on the quality of the trellis
I now need another trellis and have no problem in ordering from them again

Whilst we were in lock down I decided to do up the garden . Fence store was the only ones to have stock of fence and shed that i wanted . It was delivered within 7 weeks , slightly longer than usual due to covid pandemic. However once here I am a very happy lady . I wish I could upload a picture to show how amazing it is .

Delivered on time and with the necessary social distancing.
All pieces required pre drilling, but went together very well.
Finished product looks great, just need to treat the wood!

Although stylish design the quality of the product is poor. The lattice timber is very thin and I doubt it will stand up to a moderate wind if covered in climbing plants. In addition of the three panels I ordered two had minor defects - split at one corner and some staples partly missing diagonal strips.

Excellent quality trellis fence sections for a project I was undertaking at home. Communication regarding delivery was spot on and I would highly recommend Fencestore to anyone looking for quality timber products

Not a great experience initially. Placed order and delivery date was 2 weeks later, ok I was willing to wait. Had a text the day before to say delivery would be in the morning. Took the day off work, delivery was a no show that morning, so rang customer service. Delivery had been cancelled because no stock. Pretty poor really as I had already waited 2 weeks.
Eventually got a text a week later to say delivery would be another 2 weeks away. This time delivery was made when the text said, great product and everything turned out well in the end. Still down 1 days holiday though.
