Excellent service at a very difficult time

Ordered online and delivered within a few days during lockdown. Driver delivered observing strict distancing rules. He rang to advise delivery time on the day and he arrived exactly as promised. I built the shed on my own with some difficulty as I couldn't have any assistance due to lockdown. I am absolutely delighted with my shed and the service I received from Shedstore. I have had several metal sheds before and I can highly recomend Yardmaster.

Their advert stating free delivery over £200 is only if you live in certain regions and certainly not throughout the UK Mainland; misleading. Beware the surcharge £50+; not impressed.

Delivered on time good quality and looks great.

The panel fitted very easily as we had bought several similar. When cutting use a dremel saw blade as this cuts through it like butter. I put a seven cm edge long the top and bottom and created panels by putting 4*7cm uprights. This supports the fence from buckling in any sort of wind.

The shed was delivered on the time and date i was given, the driver was very helpful dropping the shed right at the garden gate.
The reason for the knock down of a star is the order was incomplete, the washers for all the screws was missing. This was rectified after i contacted the company.

Great quality at a great price. Perfect for mid-range budgets and those who want durability!

It looked nice but the quality is poor and secondly there is no floor came with it. The fact that I did concrete floor for it when it rains water do enter it making what you put on the floor get wet.
It is very light in weight which can easily be blown off with wind, i have to screwed it down to the ground.

Received order quicker than expected. Trellis fab!

Not impressed
I recieved a text to say my fence and gate would arrive no later that 24th june and that you would be in touch to confirm

i heard nothing and when chased up was told that the supplier Forest would be in call me to confirm date

They called straight away and gave me a del date of 7th July and was told that you had not booked a del date with them

if your company had told me this earlier I could have rearranged work that I had booked in

This has caused me huge problems down to poor communication, if I had not called to chase then who knows when I would have recieved goods

Prompt delivery, appreciated the call from the driver to say he was nearby.
Socially distanced delivery.Trellis is of good quality.
