I read the reviews too late. I ordered 2 jumpers has arrived after 2 weeks, they were very poor quality , was very small size and very poor quality. No instructions on how to return it , I red other reviews too late I’m trying to return them but I think this scam company will not refund me ,I wish if could give them less than minus.

Total scam! Avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately I read the reviews too late. The jumper has arrived and is very poor quality. No instructions on how to return it but reading other reviews you have no success anyway. Not worth even the "reduced" price I paid. I am usually very wary of scams and am annoyed I was caught by this one. It is not a reputable London Company, they have made the name as close as possible to a reputable company which caught me out. Do not waste your money

They are a scam and complete fraud. I didn't want to give any stars - a week later and still no goods!

If you think this company is in London because of its name - well its not! It operates out of China. So any products that come from them take WEEKS to arrive. I received two of their products which had only a little similarity to its picture. The quality was poor to say the least, sizing was all wrong. I wanted to return them and get a full refund. The company offered that I should keep the products and get a 30% refund. I said no I wanted to return them and get a full refund to which I was told that they had to be returned to China at my expense OR they would refund me 40% and I keep the 2 products! The products are poorly made, low quality material, ordered 2 of the same size but one was much smaller that the other. In all a very unsatisfactory experience!! They are a con and I will be aware of them in the future. My advise- DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Ordered 2 cardigans in size large size 16 as I like them big. I am a size 12 and couldn't do the buttons up! It would fit a teenager size 8!!!
Do not buy from this company...they are not London based but China and the cost to return is £35!!!
SCAMMERS...WHY OH WHY DIDNT I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!!!

What a con. No obvious sign this wasn’t British. Claims to be British design on the website. Product took three weeks to arrive. No care label, no invoice included, nothing to indicate origin. Tiny notice of return address on the label. Don’t trust that they would refund me if I returned the product. Don’t touch these with a barge pole. Absolute garbage. Shame I can’t give a minus rating. I emailed their helpline four days ago. They say they reply within 24 hours. Still waiting.

I ordered from a Facebook add believing it to be a UK company from the name….should have checked first!!
In fairness the jumper did arrive after about 3 weeks and although definitely not worth either the full price £80, or the sale price £40, the jumper is a nice colour, soft and fits nicely.
Feel like I’ve been very lucky!!
Only given 1 star as is a proper scam.

Terrible company, nothing to do with London. Poor quality stuff from China. The sizing is ludicrous - I am a size 10 and even the large is skin tight. I might have liked one of the items had I been able to even get it on it is so small! Needless to say I have had no response from customer services. I might just as well have thrown £80 into the bin. From reading the reviews (which I really regret not having done so before ordering but I was fooled by the word London) I don’t think it is worth pursuing.
This company is actually criminal and should be shut down immediately.
Don’t go near it unless you wear age 6 clothing!

I agree with other comments, I ordered two items, the quality was terrible, and size awful. I asked for a refund, they offered a 20% refund and I keep the garments, or I send them back to China. They have nothing to do with London. I received £25 out of £62 refund. Don't touch this company. I've reported it to Facebook!

Strange paypal got involved and my two missing items appeared the following day.. Again terrible quality but if I am lucky they will last me February/March out
Nothing is worth what they say the original price was, I had worked out that was a scam.
However to be fair the wonderful soft cardigan they advertised was brilliant as a bed jacket (NOT FIT TO WEAR AS A CARDIGAN) for me as I have very little movement. So I purchased a 2nd one and as much as I knew I shouldn’t I ordered two jumpers. Silly me!!!
These never arrived.They have done now still atrocious quality but serves a purpose but would never wear them out,
I CALL THIS THEFT AND THIS COMPANY THIEVES.

Avoid this company! Qgen the coat finally arrived from China it was
cheap looking and looks nothing like what was advertised. The sizing is terrible; much smaller even when you go up a size. They want to offer a a 6% refund and tell you not to bother returning the item or tell you to return it direct to China and fund the return cost yourself. I wish I had read the real reviews before buying. This is a terrible company which provides fake reviews on Facebook to con you!

Item nothing like the picture. Very poor quality. Described as soft wool and is cheap polyester and spandex.
Nowhere does it say that item is coming from China. Appears to be a London company. Don't be fooled.
Won't even try to get a refund as I imagine that will be a stressful experience. Will put it down to experience and use it as a floorcloth.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered two items on 1st February. Nowhere does the site explain that items are made in China and posted from China - presumably by snail mail. I would not have purchased had I known - site appears to be for a UK company.
One item arrived on 23 February but second item only just gone into transit so presumably will not arrive - if at all- until mid March. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
How and why is this company allowed to trade in this way.

Do not use this company. Goods ordered on 2nd Feb 2025. Today is 20 Feb, very little information although I have messaged many times. Not received any goods as yet. Tried to cancel my order on 2 Feb., as I had read some of the reviews They said that was not possible. Having read 'Order Changes and Cancellations are permitted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request'. I was not allowed to cancel a few minutes after ordering!!!!!! I'm waiting to see if any goods arrive in the next few days. If not, I will instruct my bank to act for me. WONT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

like previous customers i also feel i have been scammed .A cardigan arrived very small sized and poor quality .A offered a discount15% then 25% then 40% which i accepted but nothing happened .Contacted pay pal who was told full refund if i returned to China, the cost was to be £19 -50 and i was not prepared to gamble any more to them. why should they get awaywith this. ?

My order wasn’t the style I requested, the quality is substandard, nothing like the advert states and the size is skimpy. I wouldn’t recommend or buy anything from this company ever.

Another scam pretending to be a London based company who are having a sale. In fact the goods come from China with no labels in the garment and are the poorest of quality. The same as

I wonder how many other names they use!.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay way over the actual value of the item.
