This company is not British as the name suggests. It is based in China the quality of the product was awful. Cheap. Frayed neckline on the jumper. No labels so looked used. It so took over 4 weeks for delivery!! Complained and asked for return label but you have to pay a lot even though product is faulty and then they try to negotiate with you to keep it for a partial refund!!! Will never use again. Please stay away.

This is a dreadful company! I thought it was a British company, but the goods came quite obviously from China, with no labels, no washing instructions, and was way too smalll, and also, it was not cheap at all!! Avoid like the pague!!! So disappointed, and will cost me money to send back, so will have to give it away!!!

This is the same con as Loriana London, same rubbish products but with different names. My wife bought a Josie jumper from Loriana (Bryony here) made from "soft wool" which must be Chinese for 100% polyester.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Misleading, suggests that it is a UK based but it is a Chinese Company shipping out of China. The website includes lots of fake Trustpilot reviews giving 4 and 5 starts. It seems to have some sort of TEMU links, AVOID!!

This company is trading as a UK based organisation but the product comes from China direct. The jumper that my wife received today,some 3 weeks after the money was taken from her account, has NO washing or content labels.This is illegal in the UK and Europe. The quality was utterly dreadful.
Returns are sent back to China and we would have to pay the transport costs.It's a complete con.

It transpires that my ORIGINAL REVIEW below was unduly pessimistic; the garment arrived today! It is not great quality, but it is OK for the £34 I paid; reduced from £140 if the advertisement is to be believed!

I am still distrustful regarding the glowing reviews on the Fennela of London web-site, but I have received a wearable garment for a reasonable price, so I am upgrading to *** from *. I would not buy from the same site again, but this has turned out better than expected.

Garment never arrived. Misleading tracking nonsense. There may be a genuine company called FENELLA, but FENNELA looks to be run by crooks.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. If you have, CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Not a London based company. This company is based in China. The products are very poor quality. Nothing like the pictures the on the webesite. Avoid this company.

I made the mistake of purchasing from this website assuming that a company called 'Fennela London' offering shipping via Royal Mail would be a UK business and safe to order from. Unfortunately they're based in China, the clothes I ordered were poor quality, the sizing was tiny and full refunds are only offered if you return the goods to their warehouse in China.
Eventually I agreed to a partial refund for the sake of convenience, but I would caution other customers to avoid bothering with this company.

Great company, always helping me good and the clothes are amazing. I will order some more in the future!
