Oh please do not order anything from this company - I fell for a similar one last year only to discover that to return an item you have to post it to a 5/6 line address in China which would cost me £20/25!! I recognise some of the sweaters shown from the Shein website costing around £12. Lesson learned, check every company with Trustpilot first!

I ordered a cardigan, full price £70 but in the sale for £34.95. The company is shown as a London company, but the cardigan came from China, no tags inside the cardigan showing size or washing instructions, the quality is very poor. I would not order from them again and I certainly will not be wearing the cardigan as the size is not what I ordered and as already said, very, very poor quality. They should not be allowed to advertise, as they give the impression that they are a reputable London Retail Company, they are not, I’m just pleased that I didn’t pay £70 for the cardigan.

Please do not buy. I’ve seen these jumpers on another “London” site. They all are shipped from China and the quality of the product is awful. When you complain it’s all AI generated

SCAM company. This is the same company as Velora London with the same products that has been scamming people for many months and now seems to have been taken down. Really cheap & nasty products which are impossible to return as they need to go to a factory in China! Don't be taken in by their supposed Trust Pilot reviews which also must be fake.

If there was a minus star I would give that. This company doesn’t deserve one star. Fennela has no connection with London. The goods are sub standard, indeed unwearable, made in a sweatshop in China. Fennela uses clever advertising and photography to entice the customer but everything else is cheap. They do not adhere to a returns policy so expect to waste your money if you purchase from Fennela. It is one of many companies that should be banned from advertising on social media.

This is not a London company it operates from Asia !! I sent for a jumper which did not fit and found it impossible to return , the company ? Offered me 15% refund and keep the jumper which didn’t fit after refusing this I was then offered 25% refund and keep the jumper ! I refused and was offered a final 40% and keep the jumper , which they said was their final offer . So to get the full refund I had to post the jumper back to ASIA ! not London which of course was going to cost me more than the cost of the jumper after the 40% refund so in the end I had to accept the less than half of the original price and the jumper went to the charity shop !!!!!
Disgusting how this company can get away with his misleading marketing ..
From now on I will be checking every company I buy from is British !!!

My jumper arrived - nothing like the one advertised. Not good quality - ordered a Medium as I am a standard 14 but it is far too small. Emailed the company to start a return but still waiting. Think I’ve been ripped off!

Jumper was nothing like the one in the picture - it was thin, cheap and much shorter than appears in the picture. If I could give it zero stars I would. I am trying to return it, but having now seen the reviews, I'm not holding out much hope.

The item looks nothing like the picture. I oedered the Arabella jumper in beige. What arrived is similar but far cheaper design. it is much shorter and made of really tacky fabric rather than knitted. It was supposed to be reduced from £70 to £39.99. Worth about £15 at the most. Well and truly ripped off.

Very poor quality jumper, nothing like the photo. Paid £35 in the sale, allegedly should have been over £70 normal price. It looked so elegant in the photo, very loose knit and terrible neckline. I could have got a better quality jumper in Primark for £8.

Very polite replies to my e nails, but when I contacted them minutes after realising I'd ordered 2 by mistake, they said they couldn't rectify. I would need to return.
Disappointed with quality and that not a company from London, as name suggests, I also have been offered increasing discounts to keep them. Do I trust that they will send the money if I return it?

As previous customers I would not give a star if I had a choice. This company is I have paid out £50 for an order that has not been delivered, I have sent numerous emails asking for them to return my money. In the beginning they said my order had been shipped, after a few more weeks they said my order had been cancelled and a refund was being processed. Still no refund now they will not even answer my emails. It says Fennela -London but the company is outside the uk

As so many below have said, this company are not what they seem. When jumper arrived, much smaller than expected, offered increasing levels of partial refund or return to an address in China that is a “freight elevator on the West side of the 3rd floor”. So I doubt even a tracked signed for parcel would be safely delivered, there would be no-one to sign for it. Never mind the cost. Do not buy from them is my advice.

Couldn't write a review without giving a star but I certainly wouldn't give them a star at all if I could have. Really poor quality horrible jumpers we received and politely asked for a refund.
Insulting reply offering a 15% refund and we could keep the jumpers! Why would we pay money for jumpers that will never be worn. Just unbelievable and I'm suprised they can get away with it!!

SCAM COMPANY.

I received a very poor quality jumper that was not worth the 50% sale price. It looks nothing like the photograph on the website. I have tried contacting this company 3 times and have had no response.
I am going to report them to Trading Standards now. I know some people may have accepted 50% of a refund because they have complained enough. This is not acceptable practice by any standards.
Do not give this company any of your business!

I purchased from this site as the jumpers looked a good offer, more than half price and photos looked premium quality. Jumpers arrived as ordered but quality is poor and not a great fit, I have contacted them as outlined in their returns policy, but they will not send the return address and currently offered a 15% refund and 25% refund to save on the cost and environmental cost of returning to warehouse in CHINA!! This is not a London company, website looks genuine and uses ‘Trustpilot reviews’ just wish I’d actually visited the Trustpilot reviews as they are all poor not as highly as their (Fennela-London) website falsely suggests!!

The company is all but a scam. They have no UK base - goods come directly from China, with virtually no labels (e.g. fibre content, care instructions). Quality is poor. Despite advertising a 30-day money-back guarantee, in fact you must pay shipping and tracking charges to China. Complain enough (they are responsive at least) and they will refund 50%, but better yet - avoid them altogether!

I ordered two winter coats, the same style but different colours. They have acknowledged my order and have put two coats both the same style and both are the same colour. I don't need two coats the same colour and have tried contacting this Company, not had any joy yet. The coats are getting ready to be despatched, but this Company isn't answering my many emails.
