Very informative and attentive staff.

The staff are extremely helpful. I bought a rhodium ring and discussed the fit as they can't be altered/resized. I was also wearing a ring I had bought on a previous visit.

The lady that served us was very helpful and professional as well as friendly. As we left she kindly wished my husband well with the open heart surgery that he is about to undergo.

Although very busy i was seen very quickly. The lady who served me was friendly & polite & apopgised for the wait. I collected my watch about an hour later which was fitted with a new battery due to the Lifetime Battery Servive. All done & pleased with the service. Thank you.

My kids came in for ear piercing and they were so calm with them and didn't feel rushed at all and the children got a lovely gift at the end will definitely be going back if need anything else very friendly and highly recommend

A really lovely experience and seamless process getting my daughter’s second ear pierced. The lady was really professional and treated my daughter with kindness and patience.
Not to mention, really competitive prices. A fraction of the cost in comparison to Claire’s Accessories.
Furthermore, the additions of the solution, balloon and teddy was a lovely touch, even for my son.

The staff member was very helpful and understanding of the problem I had. And the issue was resolved.

I brought my wife a ruby ring for our 40th wedding anniversary.
And after a couple of weeks it lost a ruby,we took it back to the store and it was sent away for repair.
We had a call saying that it would cost us 70.00 to get fixed,when we brought it we were told the stones were fully guaranteed,but this isn't the case.
The ring retails at £1200 so its not a cheap ring ,and I was very disappointed and regretted buying it from Hinds.
We inspected a new ring same model and the claws on that ring were raised and could easily get caught and raise a claw releasing a ruby.
I spoke to customer services twice during the 8 weeks they had the ring and they promised to phone back which they never did,and when I emailed customer services to tell them the whole story she told me that they do not take phone calls with customers, and coudnt find any record of a call so I got called a liar as well.
While we were in the store another women was bringing a ring back that had lost two stones and she was bringing it back for the second time.
I suspect these rings are probably made in China or the far East and not Good value for money.
If your thinking about buying a ring or any item of jewellery that has precious stones in it ,think again before bying from this retailer.
The sadest thing is spending 1200 on a ring she won't wear because she's frightened of loosing stones out of it.

After purchasing a ring for my wife what we thought would be a ring that would last the rest of our days, how wrong could we of been, I’m well aware there are two side for every story, we purchased the ring about probably 2 years ago, after 12 months we took it back as my wife said it was catching on her clothes, the ring from what I understand had been fixed, after 18 months from purchase we went back to store and explained that the ring was catching again and that now a small diamond had been lost that was set around the sapphire, sometime after I received a phone call to say the ring was not covered under warranty as it was deemed the watch came under general wear and tear and they would require £45 to repair and replace the diamond, I did say to the young lady that phoned that my wife wasn’t a brick layer and we both had retired, we returned to store to collect the ring and said that we wasn’t happy, after a few emails it was apparent that I was wasting my time so we started small claims, after a few letters and a missed appointment by hinds at the eleventh hour they would reimburse our money, we have had one made now which will last a lot longer than 18months, if you want something special don’t buy off the shelf it won’t last, get one made

Do not buy an engagement ring from this jeweller , our daughter got engaged and the ring had a bent claw we went into store to tell them about the ring and they said she had damaged the ring . the ring was a few days old it had not been worn because it was too big , the customer service was very poor , we knew our customer rights and we still had to fight with customer services to get a refund. This should have been the best day of a couples life but it ended up been very upsetting and very stressful for all of our family too.

The young assistant that served me was very pleasant, and have good customer service skills
He was friendly and did not rush my purchase.
He mentioned insurance to me which I had never thought of, so I did take that offer.
All in all a very pleasant experience and I shall shop again at your store.

Went to discuss a complicated situation for a friend with dementia. The two staff I saw initially were so helpful and reassuring. When I went to pick up the specialist watch they had to order I saw a different woman who was also incredibly helpful and friendly. She took no end of trouble. My experience was easy and wonderful.
