It’s been over a month since I first…
It’s been over a month since I first asked for repair . It took over three weeks to get the label for the return. Still waiting for answer that the replacement is being sent. All of this, asking me for the review? What to review now? The fact is that I couldn’t use my dyson for over a month, actually over five weeks now, and still waiting.

Products are really great
Products are really great! Quality and effeciency is one of the best on market. I have 3 items from this company (and the 4th is coming already). Air purifier is not as good, as purifier, but as fan and heater - really great! I enjoy the way of controlling the direction and speed from the mobile app. Also attached wheels to the fan and now can even easily move it from place to place. Also it's safe (as blades are hidden inside) and looks charming. My guests are always asking to turn it on and see how it works. Airwrap is something that opened a new way in working with hairs for my wife. My wife is happy about this. As a downside - it's too big for use in everyday life (as not everyday you want to have some style for hairs), so I decided to buy the regular Supersonic hair dryer for my wife as well. After buying the cordless vacuum cleaner - I finally started enjoing the cleaning proccess. As for the website of the company - the delivery from the main website is really bad (e.g. I'm waiting the present for my wife for more than 12 days already and that's only a beginning, but seems like it's a problem in their delivery partner - PostNord) and the payment system is also strange (at least in Finland). It took around 5 attempts to succesfully make the payment. Anyway, that's a minor thing as you can always buy their products from multiple stores in any country.

The vacuum cleaner surpassed all and any of the expectations I had for it. I have never seen anythings like this. The appliance is powerful on the carpets, illuminates dust on floors like I have never seen before and gets it all. I love the stand alone holder I got in the package. The dust bin is transparent, so you literally see the result of your vacuuming and know what it is time to dump out the bin, which is easy to do. The vacuum is easy to charge and operate. Every household should have one of these :) Even my kids have taking to liking of vacuuming the floors!
