This place is a SCAM!! They do anything to take your money at first then of course FORGET ABOUT YOU or DONT WANT TO KNOW YOU when things go wrong. I had such a bad experience and my family members to unfortunately, I wish I looked at the reviews throughly before completing my order made a heavy mistake & heavy price. Now I just wish I can get my refund back if they replied or either get a new set of sofas they completely gave me a broken & poor quality sofas same with my sister. Now they don’t pick up calls or reply on Instagram. I had empty promises and voice notes from staff members called USMAN (manager) & ABDUL how they will rectify this however they if you want to get cheap quality sofas that looks and after few days make noise then that’s the right place for you. I had tables from them which was reasonable though.
If you can’t get hold of them then take legal actions or trading standard best bet. we can’t let them get away with this very unfair indued. Why provide a service if you can’t stick to it, It leads to stress and continuous frustration. And of course immense expanse. It’s a JOKE

I am still waiting for my delivery and no luck! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! They really are scammers, it’s only until I ordered that I’m looking for their email address and it keeps bouncing and no other way to contact them.

SCAMMERS!!!!! Please run away from this company they will take your money, not deliver the correct item and will ignore your emails, put the phone down immediately they know that you have a complaint and they even block me on TikTok just because I was when they will deliver the furniture I paid for in full. Total rip-off

A dough company who take peoples money and don’t delivery the goods, be vary of a little thief called Abdul who claims he works for them

I've received a beautiful marble table and chairs, and a very unique bed, sofas & wardrobe from this company. So I don't understand the bad reviews because I've had full contact with them an still own all my beautiful household furniture?
Don't believe all the bad reviews!
I even have the photos to prove my review is genuine!

This people are fraudsters and criminals and with all the bad reviews wowcher is still actively selling their products. Both their website and email doesn't work. There is also no phone number to contact them. Once you place an order forget about it cause it wont be delivered.

DON'T TRUST THEM! I tell you this company is pathetic! He lies shamelessly! I bought a rug from them on November 28th, I should have received it on December 5th. I didn't receive it, so I made complaints everywhere and only after I left a bad review on Trustpilot (this is the second one), I was contacted by them on December 8, to forgive them for the mistake and if I want to withdraw this bad review, they will send me this rug the next day. I made this mistake and they continued with the lies.. I checked with the tracking number they gave me on DPD and they have not received my parcel yet. Shame on you Furniture imports ltd! I've lost a hundred pounds but you're on your way to losing a hundred potential customers.By the way:I will contact the customer protection today, to recover my money is they are face people i receved my sofa used soda i receved i pay new sofa they sunt me oos sofa i call no one want to talkk 😡😡😡😡🤮🤮

Do not trust this company, the website fi interiors could not be found for a while, now it is under lavish interior, there is no trust pilot review under lavish interior although there is another company with good reviews under lavish interiors so don’t get confused when doing your trust pilot reviews search! They have not been picking up the phone on the number 01924 607929 or answering emails since before Christmas… the sales person who I had a mobile for has not responded further as to where my sofa is. On the day of expected delivery I get a text from the delivery driver stating he has broken down and therefore cannot deliver the sofa, and therefore will have to drive back to Leeds. I paid in full on the 23/11/22 was informed via the chat service delivery would be a few weeks on 16/12/22 I get a phone call saying on 23/12/22 would be my delivery date and will be in the morning and I am the 2nd delivery of that day. I get a text from the driver on 23/12/22 with some excuse about a break down, funny how it’s so close to Christmas so this prolongs delivery even more. The driver did not pick up the phone when I called back either. This seems all a con especially after seeing the website look as if they ceased trading and all the bad trust pilot reviews, they also go under furniture imports and this is what shows on my bank statement. They have failed to respond further so I have no choice but to leave this review. I believe they are based in postcode WF4 5PT, I have 2 emails and 2 numbers for them under fi interiors and furniture import, I now have found them to have a new website called lavish interior where the chat service is a automated robot and have not got anywhere. I want to know what happen to my sofa and where it’s been taken back to that’s if it was ever out for delivery in the first place, could be all lies for all I know.

A very unserious company. Don't buy from them! You do not receive your products.

I am worried this company has gone out of business. I placed an order on 3rd November 22 - still not recived it.

The webisite address now goes straight to a domain name sales company. Has anyone else had this experiance? I have emailed the company but dont hold out much hope.........

Great customer service, via phone call, Instagram and WhatsApp. Purchased a lovely rug with Wowcher but they didn’t receive my order. Once contacted they reassured me of everything and sorted out next day delivery. Very pleased with the service and happy with the customer service.

Ordered 4 velvet dining chairs. Delivery time reasonable. Quality of chairs was of excellent quality. Very impressed. Easy to put together. Very plush and comfortable to sit on.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company, or to order from them again.
