Great service and non pressure sales
Came here to say that Chris provided an outstanding service. I wanted a water cooler for my gym and wasn't sure on what to go for but Chris advised on the best product and service plan to get me up and running.
He was happy to answer all my questions and I never felt pressured to buy.

Made the impossible happen!
We needed coolers for an event after our suppliers fell through last minute, the guys could not have been more helpful and pretty much made the impossible happen for me by getting coolers sent out ready to go overnight. Although it's not a service they usually offer, after they head my predicament they were so helpful and found the perfect solution for me with items they happened to have in storage. Everyone I have spoken with has been insanely lovely and made the entire process very simple. Would happily work with them again.

Overall a good experience with FWC
We had an overal good experience with Filtered Watercoolers. Harkesh was very polite and helpful! Sadly, there is need for improvement in terms of commuincation. I emailed 1 day asking when an engineer would be arriving to be told we will keep you updated. 1 week later, a random engineer arrives. It would be good to know this in advance to plan staffing etc. Also VAT wasn't added onto an invoice so it wasn't paid, so this held up the service sometime. But the service we did receive was to a good standard.

Your query in relationship to VAT this should be clear on all our sales invoices, We had reviewed invoices sent the same and all others included VAT, there must an easy explanation why you could not view VAT, we can only assume this was human error on our side and our apologies for any increased inconvenience caused by this and your team who submitted payment.
Looking forward to hearing back from you and your team on your future trust pilot reviews, if possible we’d also like to hear if the taste of your water has now improved. Thanks again Team FWC
Speedy Delivery, not great communication
Speedy delivery but suffered from poor communication at first.
The delivery arrived without communication and we weren't home, which meant it was sat Infront of our front door for a while before somebody came home.
Then multiple calls and emails had to be sent to find out about the fitting, once I got through to the right employee, good communication was received and the fitting went smoothly.
Overall I'd be happy to use them again.
