Contacted Paul who was recommended by our surveyor. We had been quoted by another company but were keen to get a second quote. Paul came back to us quickly and it turned out they very recently carried out an EWS1 assessment of our building already. Therefore the information was already available which saved an awful lot of hassle and we were issued with the report within a couple of days. Very quick and efficient service, very helpful and I would definitely recommend.

Paul Nelis undertook the EWS1 survey promptly and discussed the building with me which was very useful to understand fire risk and the importance of this survey being done. His communication afterwards was top class and I received the EWS1 document and the accompanying letter of provenance the following day. A very professional service!
