Paul completed the survey very efficiently and there was very little effort required on my part to get the certificate.

Clear quick communications from Paul when he completed my EWS1 form to support the sale of my property. From site review to sharing the report took one day, less that initially proposed which was great. While I could argue about EWS1 forms in general, Paul made the process really easy and efficient, would recommend.

Paul has been a fantastic help. I have recently purchased a flat where the seller and his agents were not upfront about the cladding issues. Things were further compounded by a factor who did not know what they were talking about. I had recently just had my home report done and got a bit of a surprise when I found out I would need to have a EWS1 form to continue with my sale / lender . I had looked around and been quoted from other company’s and they were a lot higher than Paul who was recommended from a friend .. Paul was quick at responding and all costs were made clear.The service overall was great it was quick and efficient which is what you need when your trying to sell your property. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough, from communication to doing the job on the day he said he would, to then emailing me that same day with the results which helped immensely.
