Good service from fires online. Could have delivered a bit sooner as free postage became £25 Not to keen on the delivery service from cobleys transport not at all helpful

Answered email about stock availability promptly, placed order via the web and expected delivery in around 8 working days, had a phone call 4 working days later to book in delivery which arrived the following day, perfect! Nice people to deal with, the stove is great quality, thank you.

This is the second time we've used Firesonline to buy a wood burning stove. Cheapest price by some distance, backed up by excellent customer service - they called to check our order, called to confirm delivery, and it was delivered when promised. Can't fault this company.

They were quick, efficient and excellent value, the fire i chose arrived within 24 hours of ordering and was well packaged!

Firesonline is everything you could wish for... They checked stock availability from a supplier, found the last one in the UK and got it held while we finalised our decision. We needed delayed delivery and they held the fire in stock over Christmas and delivered on the day agreed in the New Year. It was well packed, complete and no damages. On the phone they couldn't have been more courteous or helpful. Plus they were the cheapest quote we could find!

Ordered a stovax studio 1 as advised by our installer. Firesonline took the order from me. Then contacted me to say I had not ordered something the installer had said I needed. They added the part with no charge.
Best price, with some freebies!
There was a problem with a part, but all sorted by firesonline.
I don't do reviews, but firesonline deserve it, as they went that extra mile.

Fire was delivered on time with everything. the fire was exactly what we wanted and keeps our room/house warm.
The only down side is when the fire got delivered because we have steps the delivery men would only deliver to the gate and i had to get my son to help me carry the fire to our house, which was very heavy.

This order was placed a long time ago and therefore details of transaction are extremely hazy.

I hunted, for what seemed like weeks, for the right wood burner and came across Firesonline. Before ordering anything I rang the office and discussed the fire I was buying and what accessories I needed. They helped me make the right choices and explained the pit falls from ordering from Ebay, especially with the liner, as this needed to be a certain grade for the flu. I can't fault the service, delivery and customer care as it was first class. I would not use anyone else should we ever need another wood burner.

Exactly what I wanted and arrived early.....

They were the cheapest supplier for my Firewarm stove and included
for free was the register plate, stove pipe, carbon monoxide alarm and fire gloves. Delivery was on the day agreed. A most excellent service and a company I can recommend without hesitation. I ordered online and they have one of the best websites going.

From start to finish the people at Firesonline were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was to much problem and when my stove was damaged during transit, it was replaced the next day!
