Purchased a stove online as it was cheaper than buying in the shop. Delivery was a mishap as they had forgotten the delivery arrangements and tried to deliver when we were out, more than once.
When the stove was opened by the fitter, he saw one of the side bricks was broken so we took photos and he phoned the company immediately and they asked for an email and photos which I did and they quickly sent us 2 new side bricks.
So even though delivery was a pest and the bricks were broken, it was all sorted out quickly by the company. Hence the 4/5 stars.

You can buy with confidence In my experience with fire's on line . know the product's they are selling if a problem arises it's sorted no quibbling.I.won't hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Ordered Esse 100 stove online for next day delivery , free fitting kit was not on invoice so rang to clarify , told stove was not in stock and would be 7/10 days and you had to find fitting kit and add to your order ! Rang week later told delivery 9-5 said could they tell couriers to ring an hour before said no couldn't and would have to pay £15 for 2 hour slot ? I rang courier they said would ring no problem . Delivery day just about to leave house delivery driver rang said he was lost in our village !!!

We purchased a Dunsley Baker C-type Neutralizer from Firesonline. This is a rather specialist piece of kit and not something you can get from that many places. The price advertised was better than we could find it elsewhere and so we placed our order. The item arrived when expected, but was in a very dirty and dishevelled box - I guess when it's probably come direct from the foundry and has probably been in storage a long time too then it's not going to look very pretty. The item appears to be genuine (we've yet to register it with Dunsley Baker Heat though, so can't be 100 percent certain at the moment). There are fakes around so be aware of that if you want a proper one - eBay is probably not the place to go, and you'd be much better off purchasing from a company like Firesonline. There was no-one as Firesonline who could give us any technical advice or assistance though and so we had to contact the manufacturers to help us with the finer details we needed to work out how to connect this in the way we needed for our particular heating systems. Dunsley now sell this item with a tank stand, although that option wasn't available when we purchased ours so we made our own. The cost of the whole system (you need to purchase in addition a LOT of extra, and quite expensive, connectors and values) still worked out much cheaper than installing a pressurised tank (which wouldn't have been as flexible anyway!). In short, a decent purchase, a decent price, and a trouble-free order and delivery process… just wish the packaging had given me a bit more confidence in the quality and age of the product - it could have been in stock/storage for years!

We had no problems dealing with this excellent company. Everything went smoothly and we love our new stove. The price was competitive and we loved the little extras that you did not get elsewhere.
