I had an appointment in the morning to get 2 new tires for my fronts. I got there 10 mins before my 11am appointment. They didn't get to my car until around 1230p. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I ge... See more

Boycott Firestone Complete Auto Care
Went to @FirestoneTires this morning for an oil change. The employee, Jose, told me I could not have my firearm in the store. I told him no problem that I would put it in the lock box in my vehicle. He told me, " You can't have it in your vehicle either." I was very cordial and polite and told him I have been coming here for years, and I've had no problem with my firearm on me. He then told me he didn't give a sh!t and to "get your ass out of my store with your firearm and don't come back." You got it! I got out of your store and will never come back! And I am taking my entire fleet of vehicles with me and canceling my corporate credit card with you. 🖕#FuckYouFirestone
Great service and understanding !
We had a bad tire in route and we’re very nervous we would not make our destination in time for me to start my new job! Given it was a Sunday we happened to drive by the Firestone station in Asheville NC. That was open! Damon Fyock was so remarkable in his service and prompt in getting my car fixed in record time even when they were very busy! We were so blessed with his care and kindness! Thank you emmensely!
Firestone will never change, just stay away
I decided to go to the shop on E main st in Spartanburg SC because their reviews looked better than other Firestone shops around. Another disappointment. Took my car there to replace the door handle. When they called me several days later to pickup the car, I found a "green" door handle on my "silver" car. It looked awful. They told me they do not do painting, and that I had to go paint the door handle somewhere else. Besides, I found a "check engine light" sign on the dashboard that was not there before. How can you return a car to a customer with a check engine light on, and without any explanation? I refused to bring the car back to them because I know this is one of their habits, maybe to charge customers more. They also left a very sticky glu-like liquid on the car that could not be removed after I took the car to the car wash. Had to get it brushed (maybe I should say scratched off) by a car wash attendant. Needless to say, they did not deem necessary to clean the car before I picked it up. All that for a price I would not even want to say here. Please avoid!!!! The government should really investigate these people, they have hurt too many customers.
Fraud @ Firestone
If you have been ripped off by this firestone like i have i suggest you contact the Bureau of Automotive Repair and file a complaint . In the past they were found guilty of fraud and looks to me that they are scamming people again . You can see this is wide spread as the Better Business Bureau has 699 complaints in the last 12 months . I have contacted the head office of Bridgestone with a demand for my money to be returned and now I can file a Small Claims Court against them . Bill Thomas was investigator leading the fraud case and channel 7 local news has a story . It might be time to get the State Attorney Generals office involved in this matter .
The great lie
It was bull I'm a mechanic And fix my own problems and take it in for front-end aliment every now and then my 71 year old mom takes it in and tell her that the front-end needs everything new and last year I replaced the whole front-end bushings from front-end to rear-end I was set to be done and I confirmed with there individual about that date and not one person had the Gull to make anything right my mom had to reschedule her appointment to come in and get told a lie that she needs all kinds of work done bull
RIPOFF
Firestone Is A RIPOFF.. If I Had Known That Each FIRESTONE Was Independently Owned? I Would Have Never Gone There.. I Go In For A $40 Dollar State Inspection, And ALWAYS End Up Paying $600 Or More Dollars.. And? I Don't Even Drive My Car More Than 2000 Miles (A YEAR).. And, Using Your Credit Card? Doesn't Help.. When Your Mechanics See That? They're Like Children In A Candy Shop That Has Free Candy.. I'm Done With FIRESTONE.. I'd Be Better Off Buying A New Car And Trading It In Every Two Years.. Incredible...
They’re an unserious business
They’re an unserious business, I scheduled an appointment and this guys wasted my time, canceled my appointment without a notice and never showed up. Claimed he came to my address and didn’t see a car. Very unprofessional
Ordered Tires and Alignment one week…
Ordered Tires and Alignment one week before appointment. Store was supposed to call the following day to confirm appointment and tires were in stock. Store manager calls us up the morning of the appointment and states the tires were never ordered. But he can sell us a much more expensive set of tires
Go somewhere else !!!
I went to a local AutoZone to get a replacement headlight bulb for my wife’s van. I asked them to install it for me. They said they couldn’t do it because the tire would have to be removed. They recommended that I go to Firestone Complete Auto Care.
The only reason why I didn’t really question it was because these cars are so complicated these days. I was brought up having to pump the gas pedal to start the car and a 8 track player.
Stupid me….Didn’t question anything. What was I possibly thinking? Is my arm 5 feet long to stretch that far?
So stupid me takes the van to Firestone and stupid me pays $58 to install a $19 bulb.
Instead of being honest and saying to me…”Oh no, you don’t have to remove the tire, it’s just 2 bolts”. Firestone rolls the red carpet out to my wallet.
Now the other bulb burned out. I did the repair myself. In less than 4 minutes, done.
Lastly, if you allow Firestone to perform a oil change or tire rotation and then one day, you decide to do it yourself…..good luck getting the oil plug & lug nuts off.
These guys use King Kong, a Kung Foo Grip and 50,000 pounds of torque with their handy air compressor tools that they DO NOT adjust accordingly. 🦍
I had to use a blow torch to loosen (2) oil plugs and a 3 foot pipe to give me more leverage with a now bent 4 way cross bar to get (44) lug nuts off of two vehicles.
What should have taken about (2) hours for oil changes and tire rotations….took me (5+) hours with a very sore back & shoulders.
Firestone put so much torque on a plastic oil filter housing…..that it cracked when being removed.
Firestone & Auto Zone work together.
Stupid me, lives and learns !!!

I can't believe that they became such dishonest. They did not do this PKG: 02 TIRE ROTATION W/ OTHER SERVICES at Store# 028266. They promised but skipped this. They hiked up prices for all services but this dishonesty is so frustrating
Do Not Work With Firestone As a woman alone in the car garage
As a woman alone in the car garage, it was a horrible experience they never followed up. They did not care that their mechanic, Luke Provolsop let me go with all the tires and balanced, and all the dashboard lights on. Do not go here. It's really a Chinese company and they do not care about us. Thanks.
Service failure
I brought my vehicle into a Firestone location in Plainfield, IL for tire replacement though a 3'rd party warranty. The warranty company needed pictures of the tires. The manager said that he was to busy and threw the keys back to me.
$650.00 Oil change at the location of…
$650.00 Oil change at the location of 10380 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood, CO 80215. I took my car to have an oil change on 02/27/2023. They stated that my oil plug on my oil pan was stripped. How could that be, the oil would of been leaking. Their were no leaks prior to taking my car in to their shop. The mechanic showed me the so-called stripped hole of the oil pan plug. It did not look stripped to me. Then I approached the Manager at the time and suggested that they should tap it and retread it to a slightly bigger size. The mechanic stated that he could not do it. I said to him that it could be done. Then the manager stated that they could not find a tap big enough to perform the task. I knew this to be false. Then they stated that they would have to replace the oil pan itself. I stated that I could not afford it. Then the manager stated that they would wave the labor costs only. I told them to go ahead with the repair. Then four days later, the store manager, "Andrew Dubois" stated that they could not wave the labor costs but that he would deduct $100 from the cost of the oil pan. Then he suggest they tap it to retread the hole which would be temporary. So of course, I told him to go ahead with the replacement of the oil pan because I did not want a temporary fix. Then when Susan the manger came back on shift, she stated that they will need another part for the oil line. Then I called back the next day to see what the status of my car was. Susan then stated that they received the wrong oil pan and the mechanic won't be back in until Friday which was four days later. By this time, they have had my car for two weeks. I'm real frustrated by now. Then they stated the next day my car was ready. They also stated that my front brakes needed to be replaced. This was a total lie because I hired a mobile mechanic and he stated that I had at least 10,000 miles left on the front brakes. Also, they disconnected both of my sway bars and the nuts were removed to secure the sway bars. They also stated that I needed a new battery which was a total lie also. I removed the battery myself and charged it myself. It charged up fully to 12.9 volts and read good battery. What a rip-off!
Bought tires at the time they talked me…
Bought tires at the time they talked me into the ResolvAuto, said I could pay off the tires anytime and drop the ResolvAuto. Liars, buyer beware. Its a scam. Reporting it to BBB. Also dropped my car off at Firestone to get new wheels aligned, James is at the midlothian Firestone is not just rude but genuine A!!!!!!. NEVER GO TO FIRESTONE ON midlothian.
Absolute HORRENDOUS job by Firestone
Absolute HORRENDOUS job by Firestone. False Advertisement. Told at shop 0% percent interest for 6 months if you pay off. Turns out there is a caveat...I paid $100 over the minimum and ZERO was taken off promotional balance!!! I call Customer Service was told only can pay promotional balance in last 2 months??? !!!! What the hell is this garbage??? No money over the min payment can be allocated toward the promotional balance. So basically the entire promotional balance can ONLY be paid within 60 days prior to expiration. Otherwise they get the entire interest that was accrued. Just another shady business practice. Won't be going to Firestone anymore !!
Different store, different experience
Different store, different service.
While I had a pretty bad experience with a millennial service associate recently in central Ohio - and I posted it - Jesse, the store manager here in Louisville, was awesome about rectifying the problem created by the store in Dublin. Jesse was polite and warm-spirited, and took care of the service problem created by the different store in a different state. I would say he went above and beyond.
They don’t care about the customer
I took my car and to firestones to fix my passenger ball joint and axle
And I paid 1,100 dollars and they finish the job I wen home and the next day I couldn’t drive the car and I took it back again to the Firestone and then they told me that nothing is wrong with the car they said they test drive it and stood with the car for few of days and so I took the car when I went to work I heard a clunk and the steering wheel I couldn’t control it I was so upset then I took it to another mechanic and he ask me who worked on my car and I told him Firestone and he said that I was so lucky that I didn’t had an accident because when they did the alignment they left all the screws loose I was so scared I’m never gonna bring my car to them and I spend a lot of money there I’m not going to recommend nobody the Firestone from wolcott road in Waterbury ct

Eric Maldonado and Sydney Wells in Henderson Nevada we outstanding. We had a guard underneath our Subaru that was hanging down from damage cause on I-40 potholes. Brought it we brought our Subaru in and they removed the guard without any cost to us. They were very helpful and honest. I highly recommend going to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Henderson nevada.
Total waste of time to try and get an…
Total waste of time to try and get an appointment scheduled #543012 in Mobile Al, which is near the Mall. I've tried, as I have other locations in AL to do it online. UNLIKE other locations, I never heard from them about accepting the appointment. Other locations like Birmingham and Huntsville? Accepted within 10-15 minutes. NOT this one. Guess they really are doing what others say-too busy looking at their phones (ahem, Mike H) to tend to customers. Every time I go by there, the parking lot is full and it makes me wonder about the safety of the location-not sure I would leave my car there overnight when they are 'too busy' to get to it. Besides being too busy on his phone, you will find Mike H a tad bit snarky when dealing with people.
Firestone Ruined My car!!!
Re: Firestone - 7752 Denton Hwy., Watauta, TX.
Firestone said they work on Lexus cars all the time. I took my car to have a starter replaced. The car developed a whining noise after it got it back. I had it towed to Firestone. They said it was the power steering pump. Replaced it. Car continued to whine worse. Took it back to them. They said it was the alternator. Replaced it. Car whined worse. Finally, they said they didn't know what was wrong - asked us to take it to Lexus dealership to diagnose it - and they'd "make it right." Their words. Lexus said the after market power steering pump was installed incorrectly and leaking fluid badly,. The after market high pressure line was not installed correctly as it was routed and touching the upper intake support bracket. It had NONE of the support mounts transferred from the O.E. hose to support it! The after market alternator has a bearing noise at start up and will have to replaced. Firestone's solution: "We'll give your money back." What? After ruining the car? I contacted the Attorney General's office in Tennessee. Corporate's answer: "We'll give your money back." Run from Firestone! This is not the old "Firestone" that we used to know. If you read the numerous reviews online - these people have a pattern of ripping people off. I'm hoping this review saves others from the mistake I made by going here.
