I had an appointment in the morning to get 2 new tires for my fronts. I got there 10 mins before my 11am appointment. They didn't get to my car until around 1230p. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I ge... See more

Poor Service, bad Tech and worse management
This Hickory Hollow location should not desire any star at all. The worst service I ever have. Maintenance for my car including axis and brake, after 3 week and I drive on highway on the back home. The car was cracking noice. Stay in Clarksville one night and Clarksville location find out the Hickory Hollow installation had not done correctly and I could be dried on highway if I am in middle somewhere and the car can not stop. Supposedly Hickory Hollow should call me what is everything happening and how to take care. They never did and not helping on what they did. Can not reach the manager all the time and employee can not get the manager as well. Poor service and worst management service center I never had.
Who would give zero or 1/2 stars if…
I would give zero or 1/2 stars if they were options. I have gone to firestone for simple oil changes several times now only to have my “low oil pressure” light ding shortly after having a oil change because the oil leaked out because they did not seal the plug and filter properly. This has now happened FOUR times and I will NEVER use them again! This past time my NO oil pressure light was on and vehicle almost stalled several times because most of the oil leaked out yet again. I’ve had no issues getting the oil changed in this vehicle anywhere else…I was lucky to be near a service center this last time or I would’ve needed been towed or worse, my engine could have blown…After bringing this to the store and regional managers attention, all they did was be arrogant and hang up on me and avoid talking to me so I called their corporate office and I have an open case with them and now the claims department rep and manager do not want to speak to me they only want to play email tag when it’s convenient for them. I am seriously considering calling NBC 10 Philadelphia on them and having them investigated the fact that I have no issues anywhere else prove this is a fire stone issue and nothing else! Incompetent and don’t give a damn about their customers! I suggest going somewhere else for your service needs
Run run and run from Firestone Auto Care
Run, run and run. Firestone Auto Care is not a good place to go for your car repairs.
Their specialty is tire not car repairs. They'll do and say anything to get their expensive tires and new brakes in your car and what ever
car trouble you had will remain unfix. I got a charge for $1,800 for tires I did not pick and not authorized and all my tires were good and they replaced them with the most expensive ones without giving a choice nor asked me and
my car battery had zero car battery issues they changed it to a new experience one again without asking me.

running by these two thugs a Greg Store Manager and a Patrick, District Manager are the worst experience I've had.
Greg is a jokester a liar a Con man he's so unreal they moved him to another location.
His boss Patrick is a pure narcissist a racist who tells you "All complaints comes to him and him alone there is no one above
him to help you and his words are final".
The Japanese that always care about their Brans and own Firestone Corp should fire these two.
I've reporting them to the New Hampshire State Attorney's General Office. Hopefully, other victims like myself can bring a law suits and help stop this nightmare.
I want to give zero stars on Firestone…
I want to give zero stars on Firestone complete Auto Care. I made an appointment but the store employee said 6 customers were ahead of me. Firestone's website allows booking your appointments for a particular time even if many customers already occupied the same time which causes a very long waiting time at the shop. The store posted a sign to get 5% off when you apply for the store credit card and also one employee from the store confirm the 5% discount so I applied it but I didn't receive the 5% discount. In-store prices are higher than online quoted prices but the store refused to honor the online quoted prices. Stay away from the Firestone store
This company is very dishonest
This company is very dishonest. I bought a drive train warranty from them. The engine went out before the warranty ended. They first wanted all my maintenance records. I gave them the papers. They said all seals and gaskets are not covered and any damage from them going bad. The rings were determined to be the problem and they said I had to pay $2000 to tear it down to the problem then they would send out an inspector to evaluate it. Guaranteed they will find a reason not to cover it!!
Up Sell Scam
Tried to rotate tires. Even though the tires had enough tread to pass the state inspection Firestone would not rotate them. They tried to up sell me to buy four new tires. My old tires still had 5,000 mikes left. Why buy from Firestone in the first place if the fail to support proper maintenance? They force you to throw away 10% of the value of the tires they already sold you.
Firestone-Skyline Cape Coral, FL
I've been a customer for six years and until recently I had nothing but positive feelings about bringing my family's cars there for service. The past service is why I'm giving them three stars instead of one. Earlier this year I took my 2015 Audi a3 to them because I couldn't put gas in the car. They replaced the fuel pump, but the problem persisted. Had to take it to Audi and they replaced the fuel tank which resolved the problem. Recently I had my car towed to Firestone-Skyline because it was overheating. They replaced the radiator, but it continued to overheat. Had it towed to Audi and they replaced the thermostat and water pump assembly. Problem solved. Why didn't I take it to Audi to begin with? Because Firestone-Skyline had given me such good service and their rates are less expensive. And location-wise Firestone is a lot closer. I don't plan on taking any of our three cars back to this store and have learned the hard way that if my car is having a major mechanical issue it's wise to take it where I bought it. For tires and oil changes I recommend Firestone, but nothing else.
Firestone in Waldorf - Poor Service
Firestone in Waldorf, Maryland, if you cannot stand and watch your work being done…..RUN!!! Had my tires rotated, not even sure now if they rotated them or gave me an oil change. My tire light was on when I took the car in told ADAM, at the front desk. Five minutes later after I left, my light kept coming on and off took my vehicle to tire plus and found out there were 2 nails in both tires. Take your car elsewhere!!!! Tire Plus was GREAT!!!
Firestone Complete Auto Care #4766 Biloxi, MS
Worst place I've ever gone to have tires installed. Took 2.5 hours to have my tires installed with an appointment. Front desk person had an attitude problem. Tires were not properly balanced with old weights left on. Only a few of the five rubber valve stems were replaced. Two of my tires need rebalancing. My tires should have been torqued to 105 foot pounds. They were torqued down with an impact wrench to between 130 and 150 foot pounds. The tech told me he torqued them down to 100 ft. pounds. He used a torque wrench set to 100 foot pounds after they were already torqued down to 150 foot pounds with an impact wrench (lol). I''m an amateur mechanic who's worked on cars for 40 years. I wouldn't go back to this place if they did the work for free!
BE AWARE DON'T GO to this FIRESTONE!!!

217 SE 6TH AVE IN DELRAY BEACH, FL
what a shame I didn't read before the reviews.
The manager Norman it is very rude and nasty like the reviews says, Very unprofessional and unwilling to resolve my issue, he literally HANG UP THE PHONE on me.
Brian and a Mechanic named Georges are terrible as him.
- They overcharge to change a new pair of "economic" tires and they added services I wasn't aware until I paid.
- My car has a loud clunk noise that wasn't there before entering this shop and a back tire that they work on it is crooked.
- My car alignment wasn't done properly.
- We were in a rush and asked how long it will take, they said max an 1 hour 30 minutes.
But took longer because they didn't keep us update that 1 tire wasn't in the store, so we stay out of necessity but now we REGRET that decision.
- I WAS YELLED BY THE MECHANIC GEORGES, I told him that I asked Brian that I wanted to take pictures underneath my car that he said yes, the mechanic didn't respond but when I tried to walk towards the car, he start yelling at me very nasty and disrespectfully.
Neither told me that I'll have to be escorted which I found out when I approach Brian and that's when he said that he forgot to mention it but didn't escort me, no apologies or helped me to take the pictures.
We are pretty sure they did something to my car either for retaliation or just to charge us more to fix it.
SO PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!
I brought my car here they’re diagnosed…
I brought my car here they’re diagnosed it, then spent $600 for replace part and have frontend lined, then had the exact same problem. The guy said don’t worry we will take care of you so I called dealership to price part, 148.00, they went to purchase that part and gave it to me at “their cost”. So I paid 250 for a 150 part. They then Charging me the shop labor at full price to put on the second part, $500.00. For the misdiagnosed part and this is helping me out. So $1100 in and I’ll see if that actually fixed it. Now mind you I told them the first stab didn’t fix before I left which imagine my frustration. Long story short this place takes a wild guess of what’s wrong say they will take care of you but beware I promise that just because they have extended hours don’t mean it’s the best option unless you want to waste a bunch of money. This place sucks. Disorganized and unsafe work areas as well. I took a trip out into the shop. Best advise just don’t go there, unless your from their corporate office to try and line this place out. I set here looking at reviews, im surprised they are in business and stay busy. I guess if you need oil change and tires and don’t mind paying more then they stay open late and on weekends.
The receptionist
The receptionist, by the name of Brandon, is extremely rude. Ive been back and forth about problems with my car that THEY caused, and they acted as if they didnt want to help me AFTER I paid over a thousand dollars. They are unprofessional and extremely ignorant. On top of that, they don’t know what they’re doing. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this establishment again!
Confused and incompetent service
I’ve used Firestone on Glenwood ave, Raleigh twice. First time they forgot me. They told me they would fix my tire within 30 mins. I waited for an hour with a 9 months old baby on my lab. And the service agent, who seemed confused and incompetent made some excuses and 15 mins later a mechanic fired the tire in 15 mins.
Second time my company car was flat. And I had to visit the same store unfortunately. The dealer said they would figure out what to do and they would call me back I told him it was important that we got the car fixed the same day or the next day They called me but unfortunate I was not available at the time. So I called them back 9 times (9 times!!). Nobody answered.
Next day I went there to pick up the car. But they had not fixed it. I talked to the employee and he said that all 4 tires were to be replaced and they didn’t have the specific tires in store. They told us that the phones were out of order. And he just ignored my question about why he only called med once.
They should be communicating directly with my company, but refused to do so. So my company just told me to find another dealer.
Bad service, incompetent employees and unable to handle simple requests. Don’t go there!
I visited the Firestone store in…
I visited the Firestone store in Livingston NJ today to have a flat tire checked up, and had met the worst and rudest front desk and mangers ever in my entire life. I really felt the manager was preparing to punch me in the face at certain point. They also trash talked Costco for allegedly selling used tires as new. If you want to compete with big business, start with your attitude treating your customers. I sincerely advise nobody go to their business anymore unless you want your day ruined.
$1,000 and 6 days for an alternator
My work truck had an alternator give up suddenly on a Friday afternoon, and the only place I could limp it that said they could get it done (quickly) was the local Firestone. I have an aftermarket warranty that I understand adds a level of difficulty for them, but the company wasn't contacted until the following Tuesday. The warranty company denied the alternator Firestone had, since they were charging $924 for a simple Duralast 200A unit. Now they're ordering an OEM part that won't arrive until 6 days after I have them the vehicle, charging the max my warranty will cover, then adding an extra $350 up-charge on the part that I'm stuck paying for. That's 6 days, an OEM alternator being charged at about $800 dollars, and one hour of labor charged at $134. Oh, and the best they could offer me was a discount on a rental car after 4 days of communication
Bought a car for my son on Carvana…
Bought a car for my son on Carvana (great experience). Had the car for a couple of weeks and it wouldn’t start. It was still under carvana a warranty so I called to find a covered repair shop. Had the car towed to Firestone in Douglasville, Ga. Told them it was covered under warranty. They had the car for over a week never heard anything. I called to check the status . John who is the manager told me if they fixed it it would be over $700. I again told them it was under warranty. He told me that they did not accept or participate in carvanas warranty program. I asked why they didn’t tell me that a week ago. He hung up the phone on me. (I guess he’s a little sensitive). So o had to call a tow truck to have it taken to another shop. They would not release the key to the tow truck driver saying money was owed on the car. The did not repair anything and again I had told them it was under warranty before they did anything. When I called carvana they verified that the Firestone was a approved shop. They have a national contract with Firestone. I had to have carvana rep call the shop to notify them they are approved in order to get them to release the car. I will NEVER go to Firestone again if this is the way they do business.
Tire plus referred me to Firestone…
Tire plus referred me to Firestone direct because they didn’t have any appointments left. Firestone direct came out and did the oil change. I thought I was good to go! I drove it to the beach about 300 miles away and every time I turned the AC on I would smell gas. When I got home I reached out to Firestone direct and told them about the smell. They had a guy come out to check under the hood and we both found out that my cap was left off after an oil change. My car stopped in the middle of the highway and now I’m playing cat and mouse with their claims department. I haven’t drove my car in two weeks because I decided to take that referral from tires plus. Do yourself a favor don’t use this company. If anything happens they will not take responsibility and take care things. Good luck!
I was robbed.
Brought my car in because of wasn't picking up speed, the air stopped working and the car began overheating. When I brought the vehicle in, the engine light was NOT on. $2100 later these issues were supposedly "fixed." (Engine mounts, one converter, fan replaced) When I picked up the car the guy tells me "she overheats by a hair, just make sure it doesn't overheat while in idle.) The day after picking up my car I start it up and the engine light is on as well as the battery light. I had a warranty on the battery, so I took care of that myself. Engine light went off. Okay.. I notice the car is still overheating and shortly after that the air goes out again. I bring the car back and their telling me that don't know what's wrong with it. They refunded me 260 for the fan, but that's it. The car still doesn't pick up speed and I'm just out $2100.00. robbery. If you can't tell me what's wrong with it NO work should have been done on the vehicle. Now I'm being told it "could be" electrical issues. If that's the case, you can't even say with certainty that the converters we're the reason the car wasn't picking up speed. I had already told them both converters were replaced within this same year! I also had the engine mounts replaced within the same timeframe. If you think there's an electrical issue causing me to replace the same parts over and over again, how can you justify the work you did? Why do the work knowing it won't solve the problem, charge me and then tell me after you've gotten your money that you don't know what the problem is,that it may be electrical?
This is wrong to do to hard working people. I'm a single mother of four. I took out a title loan to get the car fixed, so I can't even sell it now. This cost me more than the $2,100 you took from me.
I bought tires for my car at Firestone
I bought tires for my car at Firestone, the price they gave on the internet was about 50 bucks lower than when you go inside and they give you the out the door price, upon completion of the install they tell me the car now needs to be aligned which it was a tiny tiny bit off and charged another 100 dollars for a two wheel alignment. This was not my first time at Firestone, had taken other cars there and the sales person always comes back with a service paper telling me the car needs this or that and i should get it done now. I personally am finished with this company, everyone knows that buying 4 new tires is a punch alone then to hit me with another 100 for a two wheel alignment which in my opinion my other tires did not have abnormal wear. Came in with cash and ended up having to use a credit card because of the extra charge. I was livid!
Rubbish
A nice man passing through the parking lot who put a plug in my flat tire told me to have it checked. I went to Firestone. The man there told me that I have to buy four new tires because he can't fix the one that was plugged. That was ridiculous because just four months ago I heard the same thing from the guy at Pep Boys. They said that they had to replace all the tires because they always have to be the same size on a 4-wheel drive car. I paid much less there than the Firestone guy quoted. I told him to put the tire back on so I could go to Pep Boys. He refused. He said that he couldn't put air in it because I used a bit of Fix-a-flat before it was plugged. Fix-a-flat wouldn't even come out of the can. After it was plugged I went to the gas station and put in air that took it from 17 to 32 pounds. So I knew that was rubbish. I was not going to be able to leave Firestone without four new tires so I got them. The bill was over $800. When I went to the Ford dealership a few weeks later I asked about this business of buying four tires to replace one. He said that I could have bought two. I guess I will go to Ford next time.
