I am sorry your delivery did not arrive on the requested date. On our website it states that the delivery date picked is a guide not a guarantee and unfortunately the couriers had not been able to deliver on the date you requested. We had been in contact with you to let you know when your delivery would arrive and to figure out alternative options when it was delayed.

Wood company good delivery not so good
The company as always provided a brilliant service including delivery.
However, the company may have changed that does your deliveries.
On the last two deliveries it as not been the reliable timed delivery we have got used to.
The last delivery was the drivers last load.
We have always had deliveries at 7.30am.
The last delivery was dropped at 3.40pm

I am sorry to hear this. As it states on our website the couriers deliver between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. We unfortunately are not able to guarantee a morning delivery every time.
Your most recent order was delivered by a courier with a tracking system which we email each customer so they can see what time the orders will arrive
