I got an ergoBaby carrier for my huge non walking 19 month old. It's been really handy and the baby really enjoys it, much to my surprise. This carrier is a million times more comfortable than the BabyBjorn that I had previously, wish I'd bought this to start with. I'm very happy with my purchase from First Signs. My new Ergo arrived in just 2 days and that was sent with courier! I would give 6 out of 5 stars for an excellent service and communication. Ergo carrier is so comfy(our boy is 17 lbs in 4 months). I have a back ache since I've had our baby. Ergo Baby carrier distributes his weight evenly and I'm not experiencing a back ache while baby wearing :) This was a bargain buy, I got my Zebra Ergo for £80! I deal! I would definitely recommend First Signs to anyone who is looking for a genuine Ergo Baby carrier. Thank you!

We initially bought a black ergo, my daughter loved it, but it picked up every bit if fluff going. Contacted Jackie and she replaced it with a grey one, which looks amazing.

I used a material sling for my daughter till four months when I bought the ergo (after much research) Jackie was the cheapest legit seller.

My daughter loves it, she sleeps easily in it when we are out, she struggles to sleep in noise and still hasn't fallen asleep in the pushchair!

She's seven months now and loves front and back carry, although I'm not confident to do a back carry alone yet.

We were really pleased to find a reliable Ergo baby carrier supplier as we'd heard horror stories before about dangerous fakes. Jackie from First Signs was quick to respond and clearly knowledgable.
My friend has used an ergo baby for years, I asked if she wanted to sell to us, but no, still using it (daughter now aged 4!) Our baby went happily into it around 6months, and we've used it on and off since, he's now 2 and it's a really useful alternative to a buggy, has a roomy pocket at the front and his comfy with a 12kg kid on front or back. Was happy with the purchase (one of our most expensive for the baby) and the company we bought from. Should have followed the recommendation for dribble pads too, as tot still loves to chew the straps?!

I wish that this was the only carrier we had bought. We started out with a BabyBjorn infant carrier - the baby really hated going in it and it did not support the carrier's back in the right places. Our lives changed with the Ergo Baby....we fly regularly and just love the freedom of being able to carry a 7 month old for hours on end with no back ache. He can sleep soundly, is warm, is close and comforted. We use the Ergo while doing our groceries at Tesco too.
I had a back fusion a couple of years ago, and suffer from inflammation of the lower back...the Ergo does not cause any flare ups, and I find that I am less likely to pull my back now than when I did not have an Ergo. I have stopped having back ache too.

Jackie is extremely helpful and understanding, very professional and does not try and talk you into buying the Ergo...the product simply sells itself because it really is that good.

I bought the ergobaby doll carrier for my granddaughter, who is two and a half. It is great quality and the zebra stripes are great - really stylish! She loves it, it's a bit big for her at the moment, but she has been able to carry her bears and other friends on her back okay. She going to be a big sister soon.so I'm sure it will really come into its own.
I was quite last minute buying it before xmas so I was very pleased and impressed with the excellent communication and prompt delivery. Nice to buy from a small company for a change!

Jackie was most helpful demonstrating the Ergobaby carrier when I bought this from her. We have just been on holiday and the Ergobaby was brilliant as I could either give my 3 year old daughter a piggy back if she got tired on longer walks, or with my 7 month old son if he was bored of being strapped in the buggy. It folds down well and could fit in the small basket under my buggy.

It's a bit 'scary' getting a 7 month old on your back, at first - I need more practice, but he loves it when he's there. My daughter picked it up really quickly.

I occasionally suffer with inflammation in my back, but it doesn't seem to have been triggered by the Ergobaby. I did a school run ( about 1 mile) with my son in the baby Bjorn (an original version without extra back support) just before I got the Ergobaby and was glad to put him down, but did several miles with the older child with no problem in the Ergobaby. I used it round Tesco on my last shop to avoid the trolley fights... The baba sling has been good for a 'quick' carry, but I've usually felt the need to keep one hand round baby as it has not felt so secure, and have not used it over any distance.

I was glad there was a 30 day trial period, but I think I'll keep it for the next 3 years. The other carriers will be coming to a car boot sale near you soon!
