What a great service I received from Jackie. Although I'd been strongly recommended to use a carrier with my first daughter I was a little sceptical - after all doesn't a pushchair get you from A to B as well and I already own one of them! But persuaded by Jackie's 30 day money back guarantee I decided to give it a go and see if it was as good as I'd been told. It only took a few days for me to realise what a blessing it was - my then teething 8 month old rarely left the carrier. It left me free to get on with other things, like cooking meals, and not tied to just holding and cuddling my whingy, unhappy daughter. We never looked back.

When my second daughter was born the ergo became an even more essential part of parenting. I could hold my baby, and play with my toddler - meeting the needs of both. Occasionally there were some tantrums with both girls wanting to be in the ergo at the same time, so when planning our summer days out we decided there was only one thing for it - 2 children, 2 adults, clearly we needed 2 carriers. We didn't hesitate to return to Jackie for our second carrier and what a blessing - zoo trips with no pushchairs, no fighting to get a pushchair across the beach!

In fact - I have also ordered a doll carrier as a gift for my eldest daughter for Christmas, from Jackie of course. So she can have dolly in her ergo while I have her little sister in my ergo.

I wanted to purchase a genuine Ergobaby that wasn't too overpriced along with accessories. Stumbled across this website and found everything I was looking for (and it was all in stock unlike some of the other sites I'd looked at) at a great price. Was contacted the same day to alert me to a change in the new style carrier which meant an adapter was needed to attach the rain cover and was kindly told that I would be sent the adapter as soon as they were in. Delivery was speedy (received within 3 days) and the product is fantastic. Spoke to Jackie directly and she is a lovely genuine lady. Highly recommended!

Jackie introduced me to the Ergo baby carrier and I have used mine over the past 5 years for my three children. She is passionate about her product, and, it is an amazing carrier. I had used other slings in the past that were too complicated and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend the Ergo baby carrier and Jackie's expertise and personal touch!

I can't recommend first signs enough Jackie is so helpful giving advice she wants what's best for the customer. I purchased my ergo after various emails too and fro with Jackie I had a pleasant experience with no pushy sales or impatience with my many questions :-)
My ergo carrier arrived fast well packaged 100% authentic and beautiful. I love my ergo and only wish I had discovered it sooner. My husband has been using the ergo for our toddler it's been amazing on days out no need for a pushchair. Purchased for my new baby but amazing that I can use it for both my children with ease, no need for a double pram pack the ergo and if my son gets tired walking or in the board I pop baby in the ergo and give my toddler a rest or pop my toddler on my back.

I found jackie to be extremely helpful and the website was very comprehensive. I wanted to make sure I was buying my ergo from an official listed ergo retailer to make sure I was getting the genuine article,not only was I impressed with the customer service skills jackie offered she also went out of her way to accommodate my needs when I told her needed a rush order. As for the ergo itself, both my husband and I wanted something comfortable and versatile so we can both wear it without too much adjusting, it definitely delivers, we took our ten month daughter on a ten mile hike last week with no problems! I might add I purchased the cranberry and it looks cool too, at age 27 I don't care what anyone says, that's important too! We have 'first signs' business card in our ergo carrier zip compartment and are more than happy to recommend her company. Thanks 'first signs'. Louise

I ordered the Ergo insert and received it really quickly. I did have problems with the item but as soon as I contacted Jackie she sorted it out for me straight away. Thank you for a great service and Im really happy with the product now

Ordered the Ergobaby baby insert from Jackie, item was delivered promptly and Jackie was very friendly responding with a personal e-mail. Wish I'd ordered carrier from her too but went for Amazon although it turned out to be same price. Would recommend!

After purchasing a fake ERGO last year (from an online retailer) I was unsure whether to 'risk it' again. However, after email communication with Jackie and the 30 day returns policy I did purchase a real ERGO from First Signs. Jackie is very quick to respond to questions via email and also the carrier was delivered really quickly. About the carrier - I purchased the Sport ERGO, I am 5'5" and my husband is 6'3", it so comfy for both of us and my son Zac loves it:) The straps are longer than the standard carrier - shoulder and waist.
